Pros:

We stayed at Ialna Hotel last year and we just fell in love with the place. So we decided to stay again this year. It was a pleasent stay and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of Ioannina. It felt like a homecoming :)

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο μέσα στο κάστρο των Ιωαννίνων. Πολύ ωραία διαμορφωμένοι εξωτερικοί χώροι. Φιλικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Χρειάζεται λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες, όπως σκονισμένες επιφάνειες στα δωμάτια, μηχανή καφέ εκτός λειτουργίας κλπ.

Wonderful stay in a stylish hotel in ideal location, inside the old city and next to lake and center
Pros:

Wonderful staff, perfect location, charming hotel, and excellent breakfast. Our suite was very spacious.

Cons:

This is a duplex so if you are not prepared for stairs in the room this is not for you.

Lovely experience
Pros:

Lovely experience, and special thanks to Violeta at reception, she really made our stay more enjoyable. The location and service are awesome. We were also travelling by car, and Violeta provided us with a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Almost forgot, the breakfast is also very nice and tasty.

Cons:

I think everything was fine, nothing to complain about really.
