Pros:

I had a great stay at Palazzo Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The food was very good, the view of Gregory Lake was beautiful, and the hospitality was excellent. A very pleasant experience overall.

I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful hospitality during my recent visit. The check-in and check-out process was perfect and smooth, the rooms were very nice, and the service at the breakfast and dinner was truly lovely. These experiences made my stay delightful, and I look forward to returning again.

Really lovely hotel and staff.
Pros:

Lovely rooms, beautiful dining room with views of tea plantation and sun setting over the lake. Exceptionally attentive and wonderful staff. Amazingly delicious buffet breakfast!

Cons:

Our room with a lake view looked down on several local homes strewn with rubbish and litter, a real eye sore which was a real pity because the lake area is very pretty.

A fantastic getaway amongst the tea plantations
Pros:

A fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily walks through the tea plantation behind the accommodation. And the staff were fantastic. Very attentive and made sure we felt right at home. The meals were also excellent.

Best choice of hotel in that price range.
Pros:

We had a very warm welcoming staff. Lovely location in the tea plantation and overlooking gregory lake.
The mattress quality was good and we requested an extra blanket which was sent immediately to our room.
Very nice hot breakfast
. One staff member that was exceptionally so kind and polite, his name was Nuwaak,he attended to all our requests.
Thank you Palazzo Lake Gregory for a great stay.

Great location, comfort
Pros:

We really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The space was comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. We’d happily stay here again.
