Mouse in the room!!! and ignoring personal when I notify it. First I needed 2hours to take a photo of mouse and then they start believe me.

Court séjour agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant. La communication a été aisée avant le séjour. Le lac est tout proche et à l’arrière de beaux champs de thé.Tres bons petits déjeuners! Les chambres étaient confortables.

Cons:

Il faisait assez froid, beaucoup de courants d’air dans la maison, le Palazzo Lake Gregory est vieillissant mais a du être un très beau lieu auparavant, une rénovation lui rendrait sa beauté. Pas grand chose à faire à pied autour.

We had a roof and bed

Cons:

The place felt like it was under renovation and the room was very cold. The staff tried hard but the whole experience wasn’t great.

Pros:

We stayed for one night as a stopover before taking the train to Ella, and we received a very warm welcome! The accommodation offers great value for money, and the staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Even though we arrived late, we were still able to have dinner, which was much appreciated.

The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was also very good. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

Pros:

Welcoming and clean facility, spacious room with a beautiful view, extremely friendly staff, and superb cuisine in their glass-enclosed restaurant overlooking the very picturesque plantations. Recommended, compliments also to the chef Ragu.
