Het personeel was waanzinnig lief en behulpzaam we voelde ons ontzettend welkom. We hebben heerlijk gedineerd en het ontbijt waren beide heerlijk.
A fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily walks through the tea plantation behind the accommodation. And the staff were fantastic. Very attentive and made sure we felt right at home. The meals were also excellent.

We had a very warm welcoming staff. Lovely location in the tea plantation and overlooking gregory lake.
The mattress quality was good and we requested an extra blanket which was sent immediately to our room.

We really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The space was comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. We’d happily stay here again.

ホテルに着くと暖かいおしぼりとお茶、茶菓子の接待があり嬉しかった。
湖側のお部屋からは朝カーテンを開けると茶畑がお部屋から見ることができてとてもきれいだった
車でホテルまで行ったが、ホテルに一番近い案内看板が違う道に行くように付けられており、そちらの案内にしたがうと茶畑に向かう細い道になり車と対抗ができず危うく事故になりかけた。
友人との旅行でこのホテルに2泊し、2部屋を別々に予約。2階のお部屋を用意してくれていたが2部屋ともダイニングの真横のお部屋でドアや部屋の機密性も高くないためダイニングの食事を用意する音や従業員の足音、宿泊客の話し声など筒抜けでリラックスして過ごすことが出来なかった。
また友人のお部屋はチェックインして入室後、内側から鍵をかけたら開けられず、外に出られなくなり最終的にドアの鍵を壊すことになった。
私が泊まった部屋は部屋からの景色は良かったが、バスルームのトイレの匂いがとても臭かった。
お部屋に備え付けのクローゼットがあったが、洋服をかけるハンガーが三角形につけられており丈も微妙で一体どう使ったらいいかわからなかった。
朝食付きのプランにしてコンチネンタルを選択。ホールの担当者がメインの卵料理を聞いてくれオムレツにしたが、提供がかなり遅く卵が焦げていた。
一緒にワッフルも出てきたがカチカチの固いワッフルでシロップもあまり質のいいものではなかった。
1日目のお部屋のバスルームの臭さに耐えられず、2泊目に部屋を変えてもらったが、そちらの部屋は違うフロアの茶畑とは反対向きのお部屋で、部屋全体がカビ臭く、じっとりしており居心地はさらに悪かった。
部屋の鍵は内側から押せば閉まるドアの鍵と棒を横にスライドさせる鍵の2種類が付いていたが、棒の鍵がスライドせずかけられなかった。
一人で泊まっていたので怖く、ドアの近くに椅子やチェストをバリケードのように置いて部屋を使用するしかなかった。部屋があまりにカビ臭くマスクにアロマオイルを塗って寝ようとしたが朝方は寒く眠れずカビ臭さで病気になりそうだった。
チェックアウト時、宿泊客も残り私達だけであったがフロント係のオペレーションが悪くチェックアウトの準備もできておらずかなり待たされた。別々の会計にしたいために友人と予約を別にしたのだが、支払いについてフロント係が確認することなく処理を進めたため友人が私のお部屋代金を払うことになってしまい後でこちらが友人に支払うはめになった。
1泊の料金もそこそこするホテルなのに建物の造りもおかしく料金とサービスが全く釣り合っておらず、クオリティが低すぎる。
これまで泊まったホテルで一番最悪なホテルだった。

While the service and hospitality were excellent, we noticed that some areas of the property would benefit from fresh painting and minor touch-ups, which would further enhance the overall appearance and guest experience. Addressing this would elevate the property to an even higher standard.
