Pros:

We are pretty realistic people with a cheap price it just didn't disappoint, we came purely for rostiljada festival basically to have something very close, safe and clean with parking. The staff were extremely pleasant and willing to help. Noting staff were staying up late to ensure people got back from late nights. Wifi was excellent, and the bed surprisingly to us was super comfortable. Final note, as it was close to 40 degrees, the air conditioner didn't miss a beat.

Cons:

Part of our booking we filtered for washing machines, the ad stated we would get one, we raised it with staff but this is not the case, no washing machine for use. This needs to be updated to reflect it. Hotel needs bit of modernising but do does the town.

Pros:

The room was spacious, with AC for against the rather high temperatures in Leskovac. It was extremely clean, the sheets smelled extra good and were super comfy. The manager (or owner, not sure) was very friendly, helpful and attentive (and you should hear him sing! xD). Best of all, if you visit for the Rostilijada, you are right next to the main event! Overall, given the price, I did not expect to be so good!!!

The worst sh.thole I have ever visited
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good.
I could book a parking place and it was good.
The bed was okay.
Air condition worked.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty and moldy. The fridge has bad smell when I opened. The shower had serious leakage. The window was broken, I could not close. The staff did not speak English. The plugs looked dangerous.
The whole building was completely awful. Missing cleaning and maintenance.
