Pros:

L’emplacement était top on était à deux minutes à pied de la plage et on voyait la mer de notre chambre magnifique

Tout le reste!!
Personnel irrespectueux ils font la gueule toute la journée...
Le service était médiocre.
Serrure qui marche pas, Pas de wifi dans les chambres et ça c'est vraiment nul !!

Pros:

Très joli hôtel. La plage et les piscines sont magnifiques. La nourriture est variée, le buffet change tous les jours. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est vraiment adorable.

Séjour exceptionnel, hôtel et mer incroyables
Pros:

Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse et disponibilité.
Emplacement superbe, mer incroyable.
Buffet super garni avec toutes sortes de viandes, poissons et plats à tout les repas.

Cons:

The service concept and the atmosphere of the restaurant are poor: Plastic chairs, shabby atmosphere, dirty tables and no cutlery when you arrive later, not enough serving spoons, restaurant staff works hard but doesn’t seem to be managed to work efficiently and customer-oriented.

Pros:

Lovely location and beach. The chalets set in beautifully maintained gardens are especially calm and quiet to stay in.

Cons:

The rooms in the high building around the pool are very noisy.

Exceptional
Pros:

The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. All of the staf were hepfull and very kind. WiFi was exeptional, covering all hotel. Two great pools (inner and outside) and great beach at the end. Great food and baverage. For that location and that value of money considering the all inclusive, anything but 9 would not be appropriete.

Not the peak of luxury but a decent stay and very good value for money
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the pool area was nice and big. The hotel grounds were lovely and there were all kinds of activities. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in our room. The food was decent, not excellent but good enough. Overall it was great value for money and we would recommend it!

Cons:

There were very, very few vegetarian options which was a shame. Some parts of the dining experience could have been cleaner, for example the plates sometimes had food residue on them and the bowl that held the little ice cream spoons was very dirty (I even told a staff member about it and nothing was done). Would also be great if they could monitor the kids a bit more, one boy (maybe age 10, so old enough to know better) picked up a few pastries by hand to show his sister and then put them back in the basket - two staff members watched this and didn't say anything.

The hotel also allowed glass by the pool area, and we saw at least 3 people break their glasses by accident. Should be plastic cups only where people are walking barefoot. The pool chairs aren't really enough for all the guests and they're quite old. Also, if you're looking for a quiet pool experience, this may not be the place for you, as they have music blasting almost all day and the pool area is very entertainment/activity-focused.
