The view from the room is beautiful. The bed is comfortable.
Since the shower door doesn’t close properly, every time you take a shower the water splashes all over the bathroom. They also didn’t replace the bathroom mat, so whenever I stepped into the bathroom, everything was wet and damp.

Quiet little boutique hotel that’s family run. The host Leonidas was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is brand new. Three minutes from the village of Sarti, with a beautiful Greek Orthodox Church, the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. Had dinner at a wonderful seaside tavern.
Leonidas explained how they were only allowed so much space for the hotel so our room was on the cozy side. Perfect for a weekend stay.
Super cozy apartments with a gorgeous view! Just 5 minutes by car from the center of Sarti. Loved the beautiful garden and the children’s pool, and the building’s elevator even plays fun music :D
Absolutely amazing. The pictures won't reflect the actual standard of the rooms and building. Everything is new, top quality. Rooms are easily compared to Radisson / Hilton standard - no joking. I never use pools from public areas but this one was super clean and gives you a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel is located 5-10min from the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki. Sarti Thea is on top of our list for future visits. We loved it.

The apartments are not very well planned. Very small entrance and then upperfloor with steps to the bedroom. Hard to fit luggage and avoid chaos. Would not book again!

Absolutely lovely place with amazing view! Very close to the city! The hosts were extremely nice and allowed us to bring our small dog which we are very grateful for!
The rooms are slightly small and there was almost no place for the luggage, but we managed to figure it out and it was okay.

Stunning view from the balcony and a very helpful host. Good parking place and nice swimming pool.
The property is located 2 kilometers outside Sarti on a main road, which makes it mandatory to go everywhere by car and the noise from the street was really annoying. It is not comfortable for long stays as there is no wardrobe to put your clothes in and the room is too small, for 3 people it is hard to move around. It was hot on the second floor as the air conditioner was located on the 1st floor. The only option was to keep the air-conditioning on the entire day, but then the first floor was freezing cold.
Stunning views, it's located above Sarti and really close to everything less than 5 min drive. The owners were also really friendly and nice and the room was spotless. The pool was really clean as well and the outside area.
Maybe the stairs in the apartment were a bit too narrow but not that big of a problem.

La pulizia della stanza è stata fatta solo 1 volta in 1 settimana, mentre gli asciugamani vengono cambiati a richiesta
Struttura nuova, curata e accogliente con parcheggio privato, la piscina a sfioro è l'ideale per qualche ora di relax e un aperitivo al tramonto, quanto messo a disposizione nello spazio comune è sufficiente per prepararsi la colazione al mattino (caffè o bollitore).
Sicuramente la scala di accesso con i bagagli non è agevole, la camera ha misure ridotte all'essenziale (un lato del letto è attaccato al muro) e non c'è uno spazio o un supporto per appoggiare i bagagli. Un punto negativo è da dare allo stato della zona coffee break, in quanto abbiamo trovato il microonde sporco ed è rimasto tale per 5 giorni e nel frigo c'erano bevande in lattina aperte, su questo è necessaria maggiore attenzione. Per il rumore proveniente dalla strada sono sufficienti i tappi per le orecchie.
