Spacious, Clean, and Thoughtfully Designed
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We were all so surprised by how large the space was when we first stepped into the room—it honestly felt like walking into a townhouse. It was two stories with 1½ baths, and everything was super clean.

Each room had its own theme, which was listed in the elevator—a really cool and thoughtful touch. We stayed in the Premium Quadruple Room with two bedrooms.

We stayed as a family with two adult children, and the layout worked really well for us. The primary bedroom had a king-size bed, and the lower bedroom had two twin beds.

The bathrooms were modern and clean with great water pressure. The primary bathroom was upstairs, and the main bathroom had a great layout with the tub set slightly apart. It was really relaxing, especially with the soaking tub and the cascading plant, which gave it a spa-like feel.

The hosts were very nice and incredibly accommodating. We switched hotels at the very last minute, and they were able to check us in right away. While there isn’t a 24-hour front desk, we didn’t need one and it wasn’t an issue at all.

There are only three rooms in the entire establishment, which made it feel very private. The neighborhood felt safe, and the hotel also has a security lock on the front door, which added an extra sense of security.

The location is walkable and on a main street. We had a balcony overlooking the street, but traffic noise was very minimal. There’s also a laundromat conveniently located across the street. Attached to the boutique hotel—and owned by the same hosts—is a small wine bar with a classy feel. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy it.

Cons:

We wish there were a few more hangers, as there were four of us sharing the space. A full-length mirror would have been nice as well, though we found this to be common during our two weeks in Thailand.

We stayed in the Rainy room., their deluxe suite on the top floor, it's one of the most beautifully designed rooms we have stayed in , the free standing bath is center stage , the staff are very helpful and friendly, all I can say is just wow what an amazing suite , we like the fact there is a separate seating area a very romantic room also. Thanks to all the team we had a great time ! There is a great vegan food just to the left of the hotel and across the road is.a very nice relaxed dispensary just a 10 minute walk to the night market also

Très mauvaise expérience – vraiment très, très déçue !
Cons:

À mon arrivée, la chambre était jolie et propre. Cependant, les soirs, j’ai entendu des rongeurs/ rats dans le plafond juste au-dessus du lit qui grattaient. Le bruit était constant et m’a empêchée de dormir. J’ai immédiatement signalé le problème à la gérante de l’établissement, qui a eu le culot de me dire que c’était “probablement le bruit de la pluie”, alors que j’ai une vidéo très claire et que je sais reconnaître le bruit des rats qui gratte fortement le plafond. Sa réaction était non professionnelle et inacceptable.

J’ai insisté pour demander au moins un changement de chambre le lendemain, car il est impensable d’avoir des rats bruyants au-dessus de sa tête dans un hôtel de ce standing. La gérante a été odieuse, refusant catégoriquement de me passer à un supérieur, de me changer de chambre ou de résoudre le problème de quelque manière que ce soit. Ils ont promis d’agir, mais aucune action n’a été prise, et aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé.

En plus de cela, chaque fois que l’on entrait ou sortait, il fallait passer par le bar/accueil, où le personnel ne disait pas bonjour et passait tout son temps sur son téléphone. Le minimum, c’est un sourire et un accueil cordial, ce qui était totalement absent.
Le proprietaire devrait faire attention à qui il emploi, surtout cette manageuse qui à gaché mon expérience.
Bref, ce séjour a été gâché à cause de l’indifférence et du manque de professionnalisme du personnel. Je suis profondément déçue et choquée par la manière dont la situation a été gérée. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et espère vraiment que le propriétaire prendra conscience de ces problèmes.

The location near the famous city gate of Chiang Mai and the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar is very convenient.

Cons:

If you have a lot of luggage, be wary that the elevator is bit small.

Perfect stay in Chiang Mai!
Pros:

Convenient central location. Beautifully designed, spacious and well appointed suite with every home comfort thought of. Very helpful and friendly staff who speak great English. Wonderful wine bar next door with great food and drinks and many other restaurants and cafes also in easy walking distance. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Nothing, it really was perfect! 😊
