Amazing Hotel
Pros:

The staff are so nice and helpful. They upgrade us at no charge, which was amazing. It is a beautiful hotel and so clean. Our room was gorgeous, clean and so comfortable. The bar and restaurant staff were also wonderful, and the food was delicious!

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική σε κοντινή απόσταση από την πόλη και άνετος χώρος στάθμευσης. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο.

Cons:

Για κάποιο λόγο, όταν φτάσαμε, οι υπάλληλοι στην υποδοχή δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν την κράτησή μου. Οπότε περιμέναμε να μιλήσουν με κάποιον άλλον, υποθέτουμε τον 'υπεύθυνο', και εν τέλει, την βρήκαν. Αλλά ενώ μας έκαναν upgrade και μας πήγαν σε ακριβότερο δωμάτιο από αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει, θα ήθελα να μάθουμε και τον λόγο του προβλήματος γιατί, όπως και να έχει, υπήρξε μια αναστάτωση μέχρι να σιγουρευτούμε πως όλα είναι εντάξει.

Super hotel - especially if you have a car.
Pros:

1. The hotel is lovely. Our room was excellent, especially the small area with seating and the lovely balcony.
2. Breakfast was outstanding.
3. The on-site shop is lovely.
4. The bar is great, with lovely views.

Cons:

1. it was disappointing that the room only had instant coffee requiring a trip to the bar to get a 'proper' coffee.
2. the doors are metal which means the banging is loud and goes on until late as other guests do not appreciate that others may be sleeping. Not the hotels fault - just a lack of common decency from some.
3. It is a long walk into the town - down a very very very long hill!
