The mountain views from the cozy lounge were breathtaking, the spa was a great place to unwind. The service was impeccable, making the whole experience feel very luxurious.
Good job. You’re awesome. I could not ask for more.
The location was amazing, the amenities were outstanding, the staff was very polite and helpful. The ability to buy skipasses and ski lessons and store ski gear is very convenient.
The ski rental inside the hotel doesn't provide snowboarding gear but there is one rental just across the road so it's no a big deal. Waiting time at restaurants and bars could be improved.
Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, odlicna lokacija, prostran i velik objekat, hrana sveza ukusna.
Cistoca nije na aavidnom nivou, docekalo nas je prljavo kupatilo za koje smo urgirali da se sredi dok mi odemo u setnju ali problem nije resen.

Velicina sobe ,higijena,bahatost menadzmenta hotela....
We stayed at the hotel with our kids and had a wonderful time. The hotel is excellent if you're traveling with children — there are plenty of activities and the staff is incredibly friendly.
A special shoutout to the chef who makes amazing omelets for breakfast — he's not only talented but also very kind and generous. I'd also like to compliment the Russian animator in the playroom — she’s so friendly and has a wonderful way with children.
As for the food, the dessert and the omelet really stood out — the rest was average.
Regarding the spa center, the only thing worth mentioning is the warm water in the outdoor pool — very pleasant!
In general, the food was not up to standard. The risotto was often served with completely undercooked rice, and the same goes for the peas. The leek soup was so burnt it was inedible. The pasta salad had far too much mayonnaise instead of a proper dressing. This could definitely be improved.
The spa center also leaves much to be desired. It only offers the basics. The Finnish sauna was so dark you couldn’t see your hand in front of your face, and at times it was even colder than the bio sauna. Water was often all over the spa floors, and no one seemed to be taking care of it.
On Saturday, when the spa was crowded, I had to go to the front desk to ask for water cups because they had run out — no one was checking or refilling them despite the crowd. The staff member brought the cups, but ignored the overflowing trash full of used cups. Shortly after, even the drinking water ran out. Clearly, these things are not being managed properly. I would not recommend the spa at this hotel.
The room itself was clean, but lacked some basic details — for example, there was writing paper provided, but no pen. Also, something quite frustrating: coffee and tea for the in-room coffee machine are charged extra, which seems a bit unreasonable.
