Objekat je dobar ,ali se personal malo umorio .Hotel više liči na vrtić .Nije problem da platite uslugu , ali je pitanje dali ćete je dobiti.Čista je sramota gde će Vam ponuditi da se presvučete zadnj dan posle skijanja , bolje iskoristite toalet ali još bolje IDITE U DRUGI HOTEL

Pleasant short stay for skiing in probably one of the better hotel in Cop
Pros:

Very good breakfast with variety of cheese, cereals, bred, eggs et cet. Perfect location very closes to ski sloops. Lobby bar and restaurants are very good, ski wardrobe free of charge well organize. Outside parking which is always full is chipper (cost 10 euros), hotel garage cost 20 euros.
A large indoor pool that is connected to a heated corridor with a heated outdoor pool that leaves a great impression, especially at night.
Good spa del, which was never crowded

Cons:

The hotel is made up of several parts connected by complicated corridors, so sometimes you can't find your room at first.
We had a standard double room, which is actually smaller in size than it was in the description. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and there was no way to ventilate it except by keeping the window open. The cleaning of the room was not at a satisfactory level, in fact the maid didn't clean the room and the bathroom, but only tidied it up. Not very comfortable bed and pillows, basically made of artificial materials that are not pleasant to sleep on. There was no kettle, only a coffee machine with coffee cartridges that had long expired. If I decide to come to this hotel again, I will have to take a different type of room, which might be better.
