Séjour excellent ! Nous étions un groupe de 13 personnes avec 6 enfants venant de France et nous avons été impressionnés par l’accueil chaleureux, le service attentionné et le spa, idéal après une journée de ski. Tout était vraiment au niveau d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cel mai bun hotel pentru un ski trip!
Pros:

Mancarea este excelenta atat la micul dejun cat si la cina cu o mare varietate in mancarurile pregatite. Spa-ul este excelent mai ales dupa o zi de ski, acesta continand cateva saune foarte bine amenajate iar piscina din exterior este superba. Amplasarea hotelului langa partie de asemena ajuta mult, avand posibilitatea de a iesi direct pe partie. Exista si un loc special amenajat unde se poate lasa echipamentul de ski pentru o suma foarte mica. Overall, aceste hotel ne-a depasit asteptarile, am putea scrie o gramada despre lucrurile pozitive si sunt multe alte facilitati pe care nu le-am mentionat dar au fost peste asteptari! Multumim Grand Hotel!

Acest hotel merita 5 stele, nu doar 4.

I absolutely loved it here. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

The mountain views from the cozy lounge were breathtaking, the spa was a great place to unwind. The service was impeccable, making the whole experience feel very luxurious.

Pros:

The location was amazing, the amenities were outstanding, the staff was very polite and helpful. The ability to buy skipasses and ski lessons and store ski gear is very convenient.

Cons:

The ski rental inside the hotel doesn't provide snowboarding gear but there is one rental just across the road so it's no a big deal. Waiting time at restaurants and bars could be improved.
