THE BEST!
Pros:

Best profession staff one hotel can have.
From valet to check-in, luggage drop off directly to room while waiting for check in and keycard. Everything is smooth and you get the feeling that they are honored with every single guest. Everything is clean and every part of hotel smells nice. Waiters are the most professional staff i have seen in many years. Exceptional breakfast and tons of different food for every person. When you exit hotel and put on yours skies or board you have a slope and 15 seconds after you are at ski lift.
You guys are the best!

Cons:

That we didnt took more free days to ski :D

The spa center is very comfortable, clean, the water is clean, the temperature of the water, the smell of essential oil in the sauna. The towels have a very nice smell. For me the best in Serbia. The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The only complaint was my husband who didn't have a place to smoke in the spa center.

Cons:

Parking garaža preopterecena, automobili se medjusobno zagradjuju. Blok hotela BOR nije renoviran, slike na sajtu su postavljene od renoviranog dela. Prethodno smesteni u renoviranom delu, razočarali smo se danasnjim iskustvom.

Doručak odličan, lokacija najbolja moguća.Divan loby hotela, odlično pozicioniran u odnosu na sve što vam je potrebno .Udobni kreveti, čistoća i wellness .Bazen je najlepši noću, još kad pada sneg.Divota.

Cons:

Nije mi se dopalo što je hotel prepun i što se neko ne bavi ležaljkama i ne kontroliŝe pristup jedna osoba zauzme 2 leẓ̌aljke dok mi ostali nemamo ni tu jednu. Uveče su sobe pretople, morali smo da otvaramo prozor. Visoke cene spa usluga.Previše dece koja skaču u bazen , iako je zabranjeno.Posle 19h kada odu deca, milina i konačno može da se predahne i opusti i ugrabi po koja ležaljka 🤗. WI-FI jako loš.
