Cons:

The staff is lazy and not trained to run the hotel.
We arrived late at night. All the rooms in the camp were empty. There was only one other guest besides us, and they gave us the room next to the other travelers. They talked all night in loud Arabic, and we couldn't sleep.
Early in the morning, we asked for breakfast. The guy, Mahmoud, told us breakfast would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited an hour and a half to get our breakfast. The breakfast was so poor that we had to ask for more bread. He just said, "Sorry, we don't have any more."
We decided to leave, but they ran after us and said we needed to pay extra for the tea they gave us with breakfast.
After a long discussion, we finally checked out and went to a much better camp just a few minutes' walk away.
