Mucho Sur Ok.
Pros:

Es un hotel muy limpio. Con muy buenos empleados. Muy cerca al centro historico y a la costanera.

Cons:

La calle 12 no se ve bien. Pero al ingresar al hotel, el cambio es total. Muy buenas instalaciones.

Pros:

Todo muy limpio. Habitación muy grande y luminosa. Baño limpio y luminoso. Había champú y acondicionador en la ducha pero no gel. Muy bien que tenga piscina en la azotea. El desayuno estaba rico y variado. Hay aire acondicionado y se agradece mucho.

Cons:

La zona no es muy buena, a pesar de que está bien ubicado en el centro de santa marta y cerca de la playa.

Tout etait parfait, l emplacement, la sécurité, la propreté, le personnel, le petit déjeuner et la piscine sur le toit, je le recommande fortement si vous aller a santa marta très belle endroit très bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

El grifo de la ducha prácticamente no tenía fuerza. Las habitaciones son sencillas, se escucha el ruido de el resto del alojamiento.

Pros:

Hotel sympa, a cote du quartier historique et de la plage. Piscine sympa sur le toit.

Cons:

Le menage n’est pas fait tous les jours, du coup on se retrouve parfois avec du sable au sol sans possibilité de le nettoyer.
Pas de frigo pour garder des choses au frais. Aussi l’eau des bouteilles en verre remplis par le staff sont payantes et on m’a pas donné cette information au check in.

Un lugar super acogedor y bien ubicado para ver el casco histórico y coger el autobús para Tayrona.
Pros:

La atención del personal, genial.

Cons:

Echamos en falta una pequeña nevera en la habitación pero estuvo genial que el día anterior a ir al Tayrona nos guardaron agua en la nevera del hotel.
Las almohadas nos parecieron muy finas.

Great Staff
Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I free carafe of water and candy at checkin. Room was spacious and clean. Walkable from downtown. Options for breakfast were nice.

Cons:

Had to buzz in from street entrance and a staff member opens the door, it is a bit of a rough part of town and one time I was getting a bit worried with the other people outside watching me unable to get in for 3 or 3 minutes. We were going to cool off in the small roof top pool but there were a dozen pigeon relaxing on the edge, and as a result the pool wasn't the cleanest with feces and feathers. Only one fitted sheet and one flat sheet for blankets on the bed.

Absolutamente todo en el hotel es increíble, el desayuno súper completo hay mucha variedad, la gente muy amable y dispuesta al servicio, las habitaciones grandes con todo lo necesario

La zona está en desarrollo, puede tener ciertos problemas de seguridad pero con el tiempo se va a finando
