Pros:

Kareem, the owner, is a really very nice guy, ready to help with everything. He arranged a great desert trip for us and made our stay really enjoyable. The food at the hotel was fantastic.

NO bar, No Wi-Fi, NO hot spring, NO air conditioning, NO staff speaking English at your arrive: Ejoy!
Pros:

When the manager finally showed up after 3h he offered us to change room, but as we unpacked our stuffs already we refused. That’s the only good point

Cons:

We arrived and there was no staff! Only a guard not speaking English at all!
There was supposed to have a bar, no bar! Not even a juice or a Coca-Cola just water or hot tea
We waited 3h before the manager showed up and was possible to speak to him
He arranged a dinner for us: chicken with potatoes and salad with old bread, that was the only option.
Same bread with the a a bit of cheese and jam has been the breakfast the next morning, guess what coffee? Not available! Have you ever had a breakfast without coffee?
The room: one mattress was destroyed, but we had 3beds, the carpets were dirty and the worse was the bathroom, old with the shower holder broken.
They also says they have WiFi available in common areas, No WiFi. The hot spring was empty and full of rubbish, and to conclude no A/C in the room

amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel is in the city of Bawiti, in the oasi of Baharya, very good for a trip into Black and White desert! The hotel manager Kareem help ed us to organize all the transportations (from and to Cairo) and desert tour for a convenient price and gave us very good meals (even if the food was too much for us). Kareem and the staff were very willing to help us. Our stay was great and the desert is amazing!! the icing on the cake the fruit in the room!!
