It was good until the checkout day.
Pros:

Service especially the kitchen staff.Breakfast was good.The ambience.

Cons:

A staff by the name Dennis.He overcharged my meal that I had to use Glovo during my stay. During the checkout day is when I was given a receipt of less ugsh 20000. Following up on the refund,he became rude that he even blocked me.I had to use another receptionist to get my refund.

Superb
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, excellently buiot. The staff are friendly and chef is excellent. The water flowed well at the facility. Previously challenged in this respect had been fixed with a new water system.
