I liked the help I got from the reception guy (I think Jamal) he was there when I checked in around 6pm. He was great

Budget-level experience at a not-so-budget price, not deserving of four stars.
Pros:

Proximity to the city centre

Cons:

Staff were generally unfriendly and not helpful. When asking about breakfast, I received only a “yes” with no details on price or what was included, and it turned out to be quite expensive.

For a 4-day stay i was given only two small shower gel bottles, which was insufficient.

I also asked for help with a taxi to the airport and was told it would cost at least 300 dirhams, while I easily found one myself for 125 dirhams. This was misleading and unhelpful. They actually mocked me by saying there is a bus to the airport 25 dirhams but it is not reliable.

On departure at 6:00 AM, both the receptionist and the guard were asleep in the lobby. It took about 10 minutes to wake the receptionist. The guard, however, was quick to respond and helped with luggage.

Overall, not a satisfactory experience due to poor service and lack of attention to guests.
