Wenn der zuviel abgezogene Betrag rücküberwiesen wird , war Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel mehr als gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist excelent , die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ganz und garnicht gefallen hat mir das das Zimmer zweimal abgebucht wurde. Einmal von mir , über Paypal, Booking com und einmal von der Kreditkarte meines Verlobten . Trotz Reklamation ist bis heute keine Rückerstattung des zuviel bezahlten Betrages erfolgt. Ich bitte hiermit um eine nochmalige Überprüfung und Rückerstattung des zuviel bezahlten Betrages. Vielen Dank im voraus für die nochmalige Überprüfung ihrerseits.

Spur of the Moment Stay in Soldotna
Pros:

There was no breakfast at this location but the ladies at the front desk directed us to a restaurant very close by that we were unaware of, and turned out to be our new favorite Soldotna breakfast/lunch place! We were in town for a wedding of former members of our youth program, and we decided last minute on 4th of July weekend not to come down with our camper. Our room was comfortable, quiet, the bed amazing!, the bathroom clean. We were glad to have been able to get a room on such short notice! The front desk communicated with us prior to arrival and everything was ready the moment we arrived! Excellent service!

Pros:

Called ahead to make sure the pool was open for the kids, was told it is. It was not. Would have booked a different hotel just because of that. It's why we called ahead. The TV glitched, had to turn it off and on every 15-20 minutes. There was used tissues in the bedside drawer. "Comforters" were scratchy and rough. Lobby gets locked down at night, so if you're catching an early flight and have to leave at 4am, you get to walk to the end of the building and then walk back around to the front of the building.

Pros:

The property is very nice and well kept, the only think I did not like was that the pool and hot tub close at 9pm :( and the gym only has 1 bike a treadmill and seated bike. No dumbbells, kettle balls, or anything. Kind of a bummer if you are one to get some light exercise in or take advantage of a nice hot soak after a long day of exploring.

Good experience - I would recommend to friends!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Location to the Kenai River was excellent. Also having a good grocery store across the street was a plus!

Cons:

A breakfast would have been good - even if it was just a continental breakfast with pastry’s and juice. Coffee was provided which was good.
Not sure why there were floor signs to watch for wet floors. They were in the way and the floors were not wet!

Pros:

There was not breakfast offered, and the timing of the pool/hot tub could be longer, I was really hoping for an early morning swim and waiting till 9am just puts a kink in scheduling, and being down there visiting with family, I wish the hours could have been extended to at least 10pm.

Cons:

I missed the night before pool/hot tub time and was hoping to use the hot tub in the morning, only to find out it needed the chemicals done and was not going to available till after I needed to check out. This is more of a bummer and bad timing on me, I splurged on paying more to use the pool/hot tub and it just didn't work out unfortunately.
