1501房check in開始，點了兩份晚上吃的套餐，到了18:00餐廳要用餐，卻沒有1051房的餐桌，聯絡一下，還跟我確認說我有住宿嗎？我拿房卡給他看第一次回答我說拿不到我訂餐的資料，第二次回答確定沒有我訂餐資料，第三次回答請我到最旁邊的置物櫃桌子那邊用餐，我拒絕了，然後到櫃檯確認我資料，櫃檯也沒說什麼只是問說要等下一批用餐。我回答我消費比人低吧。問題不是出在我身上吧是你們內部員工的問題櫃檯的（周先生）他就你去裡面那邊坐我拿餅乾請你們，你們在那邊等！試問check in到點套餐刷卡付費都是尊重你們指示六點用餐也是當時你們櫃檯說的。櫃檯給人感覺我就是沒位子，你就是等下一批，本人拒絕了跟櫃檯回應，我進房間請你們主管來跟我確認，畢竟消費者從頭至尾都是遵從你們指示訂餐，刷卡消費，貴公司經營行銷做得不錯不可否認，但是所有問題是你們員工造成的！我們在此消費好像得不到一點尊重！試問，你們服務業員工訓練是怎麼帶出來的？櫃檯的服務人員就是一種傲慢的態度。我這次領教了。

4/13入住櫃檯小姐很有耐心的介紹，一泊二食真的吃很飽，服務人員也都很友善👍主餐的牛肉肉質比較普通，且馬鈴薯不太新鮮，其餘都不錯

花4500一晚卻住到閣樓房，非常侷促的地方，似乎是把倉庫格成客房，真是外面是宮廷風，裏面是工業風，感覺住在工寮。

Overall a good stay. Staff should be around to make sure people are not making loud noises at night

Very noisy at night. Kids running around in the lobby and outside. People talking loud in the lobby late into the night. Location is a little out of the main highway, making it somewhat inconvenient without a car
