The room was not clean. There were spit stains on the wall, the room’s paint was peeling, and the pillow cover had stains. I requested to change the pillow cover, but the staff replied that no extra pillow cover was available and asked me to manage with the same one.”

Except the staff’s i loved this hotel about cleaning, room and in the perfeft location .

I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.
Pros:

Actually Hotel was not that great .

Cons:

Front line staff was very on phone most of the time. Customer has to ask about room and which floor room is. Not very good impression from front desk staff.

Just Decent not Great !!
Pros:

The Food is Good,comfy rooms and situated in a nice location.overall good stay for the price !!

Cons:

The Water Situation in the bathroom, they had to refill the tank every evening so the bathrooms go without water for like 2 hrs every day moreever the guys working in reception needs to be more attentive towards the guest and their needs.
