Uprostred lesu, krasne vyhledy, bajecny klid; skvele na vylety. Obrovska terasa u restaurace, detske hriste.
Nebyl vubec problem se psem (bez dalsich doplatku, ktere v hotelech byvaji casto dost vysoke), dostali jsme prizemni pokoj s primym vstupem na zahradu.
Sauna (ale jen 18 - 20 hod.), elektrokola k pronajmu.
Snidane fajn.
Personal velmi mily a ochotny.
Super pohodlne postele (tvrda matrace, prijemne povleceni). Zupany a papuce na pokoji. Minilednicka.
Poloha uprostred lesu muze byt pro nekoho nevyhoda (do centra sedajit lesni cestou, zpet je to ale docela krpal cca na hodku chuze).
Snidane by mohly mit pestrejsi vyber sladkeho, prip.i domaci / lokalni produkty, ne jen komercni "tuctovka".
Virivka byla behem naseho pobytu mimo provoz.
Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Jede Bitte wurde sofort und mit einem freundlichen Lächeln erfüllt.

Opět supr pobyt, uz podruhé😊 Hotel čistý a vybavený. Personál byl milý, pohotove a ochotně reagují na požadavky a prosby. Snídaně byla výborná.
Děkujeme za krásný pobyt, rádi se sem znovu vrátíme a hotel můžeme jen doporučit.
Nic mne nenapadá, snad, že jsme mohli pobyt déle. 😁
Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.
Alles war bestens!
Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle ruhige Gegend. Schön zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren, habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Da die Betten sehr hart sind, gibt es extra Topper. Zu erfragen beim Personal. Ansonsten war alles top. Frühstück super, sehr nettes Personal.

- location in the middle of the forest and between meadows, close to golf yard
- tasty breakfast, sufficient selection, possibility to get seated outside or inside
- EV chargers for cars available (extra fee), large parking
- adjacent restaurant Polom not ready for the amount of guests (capacity gap, enormous waiting time)
- very limited selection/menu in Polom, poor quality/price ratio, opened only for dinner and not for lunch
- super hot climate in the rooms, not able to vent despite opened windows plus noise from the terrace
- room maintenance can be improved (for example flush button not fixed)
