Не дуже гарна шумоізоляція, в номері поруч проживали з дітьми, тому було доволі гучно
İyi niyetli bir işletme, yeni açılmış. Personelleri güler yüzlü, özellikle ön büro çalışanları oldukça ilgiliydi sabah check in yaparken. Odam oldukça iyi temizlenmişti. Kliması odayı iyi soğutuyordu. Kahvaltısını beğendim. Kızılay ve Çankaya ya yakın şehir içinde işiniz varsa burada kalmak işlerinizi kolaylaştıracaktır. Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesinin sınav merkezine 500 metre uzaklıkta bu sebeple tercih ettim. Benim beklentilerimi karşıladı.
Oda içi doğramalar biraz aceleye gelmiş gibi görünüyordu kapılar TV ünitesi ve yatak başlığı normalde olmasını bekleyeceğiniz şekilde tam olarak sabitlenmemişti. Tek başıma kalmama rağmen yatak başlığı gürültü yapıyordu çünkü yatak ve duvar arasında boşluk vardı. Ama bunların otelin sorunu olduğunu düşünmüyorum binası yeni olduğu için bu sıkıntıların zamanla giderileceğini düşünüyorum. Gece resepsiyon görevlisi sabah personeli kadar ilgili olsa daha iyi olurdu.

La chambre était un peu étroite et les équipements quelque peu vétuste, notamment la douche dont les portes étaient cassées. La chambre sentait la cigarette froide et les sanitaires généraient des odeurs de remontée de canalisation.

The location was superb, next to restaurants, grocery shops and pubs and in just 10 minutes walking distance to the central park (Kugulu). The staff was very helpful and polite (special thanks to Oguzhan bey). The elevator worked very efficiently and the breakfast was good. Nice and clean hotel.
The refrigerator in our room did not work and it did not get fixed while we were there.

The location is good
Im not really sure about the staff if they are running a scam or not but when i arrived they said my booking was not showing in there system and they force me to pay more because “the price doesn’t seem right” even though im genius 3 member. In addition i called booking.com customer service but they wasn’t much of a help.

Las habitaciones (incluidas las toallas y las sabanas) olían muchísimo a tabaco. Tuvimos que pedir incluso un cambio de habitación, pero seguía oliendo igualmente. El desayuno supuestamente empezaba a las 07:30 y cuando bajamos a desayunar tuvimos que autoservirnos nosotros mismos.
La ducha daba bastante asco y la terraza tenía heces de animales grandes (no sabemos si eran de perros) que no habían limpiado.
