Pěkné ubytování, ale neuvěřitelně špatný přístup personálu
Pros:

Pěkný dobře vybavený světlý pokoj. Lokalita blízko centra. Dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Velmi mě zklamal přístup personálu. V našem "deluxe designovém" pokoji večer ve sprše netekla teplá voda. Technická závada se může stát a dá se to výjimečně tolerovat. Když jsme to však ráno na recepci reklamovali, bylo nám s úsměvem sděleno, že o problému vědí a údržbář se ho snaží již několik dní řešit. Nechápu, proč nám za těchto okolností nebyl rovnou nabídnut jiný pokoj? Reklamoval jsem pak ještě jednou situaci přes podporu a tentokrát se ani neobtěžovali reagovat. U čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu je to skutečně zarážející přístup.

Skvělí personal, byli ochotní a milí a hotel sám o sobě je podle nás nejlepší v Liberci a mají skvěle jidlo.
Pros:

Pokoj byl krásný, útulný a čistý. Nejvíc se nám líbil- prosklená koupelna, výhled a podsvícená postel. Pokoji dáváme určitě 10/10
