The staff are extremely friendly and their service is excellent.

Cons:

The rooms are worn out, the bathroom doors are moldy and need replacing, the swimming pool is very cold and unheated, and the breakfast does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Pros:

Staff was very professional and helpful all the time. Special mention and appreciation for the room service personnel at 7 floor Mr. Basem, he his talented and has nice touches in the room everyday. Also I want to thank Mr. Samer from the resturant for his hospitality. It's really a right choice for stay in Amman.

Cons:

The air conditioning only provided cold air and had no heating option, which made the room uncomfortable during a cold night. After I raised the issue, they provided an electric heater, but this should have been arranged in advance. Additionally, the room was not properly prepared upon arrival, as there was no bathrobe or toothbrush available.
