Every thing is very good؛ I like this hotel; clean; kind staff and comfortable.

Cons:

I requested early check-in three times through the Booking application, according to my flight arrival time in Jordan. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response.

When I arrived at the property at 5:00 AM, the reception informed me that early check-in was available for an additional charge of 20 JD, including breakfast. As I was very tired and had already paid for my stay, I agreed and paid the extra amount.

However, in the morning when I went to the restaurant for breakfast, I found that my room number was not listed, and I was therefore unable to receive the breakfast that I had paid for.

I kindly advise the property to follow up on guests’ requests through the booking platform and respond in a timely and clear manner to avoid such inconvenience in the future.
