Pros:

The location was excellent lots to do and everything was nearby , the lodge was very spacious and clean , the view at the back with the sheep was lovely

Cons:

The bed wasn't very comfortable but I do have back issues, the morning welcome at breakfast was a bit military and the " Welsh breakfast" was a little bland

An okay visit
Pros:

We liked opening our rear door's to a field of sheep, very relaxing.
Plenty of choices for breakfast.
Easy 5 minute drive to a supermarket.

Cons:

Our bed had a very soft mattress so every movement was tiring.
I slept on the sofa on the 2nd night and hubby the 3rd ngt.
8.30am start time for breakfast was too late for us.

Very nice room with views over the countryside and a wide choice of items for breakfast. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious.

Lovely, clean and comfortable stay in a great location. The kids loved the novelty of having a TV in their own room. We’d happily stay again.

Pros:

It was peaceful, cozy , a studio... a separate bedroom bathroom and living area ,with a lovely host , patio doors opening out onto an outstanding rural view with a few sheep to chat to! Fully stocked with refreshments ie: coffee ,tea , etc . Breakfast was great too. Will be back in September 2026.

Lovely waking up and having a cuppa on the Balcony… The Views were Breathtaking especially the sheep
