Tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit um die Gegend sportlich zu erkunden

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle neue Zimmer , Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Wir sind zum 2. Mal sehr zufrieden mit dem Besuch und kommen wieder

Cons:

Der Check-in war nicht gut. Wir hatten keine Reservierungsnummer zugesendet bekommen um ins Haus zum Check-in Automaten zu gelangen. Zum Glück war noch das Küchenpersonal da und machte uns die Tür auf. Am Automaten kamen wir ebenfalls nicht weiter , da besagte Nummer fehlte. Auch da half das Personal. Dann kam nur eine statt zwei keycards aus dem Automaten und zu guter letzt konnten wir mit dieser nicht unserer Zimmertür öffnen . Wir riefen die Notrufnummer an und eine nette Dame händigte uns zwei neue Karten aus.
Wir waren zum Glück zum zweiten Mal da und kannten die Problematik mit dem Checkin schon … beim ersten Mal buchten wir direkt über das Hotel und hatten die Nummer vorab zugesendet bekommen, dieses Mal über Booking fehlte diese leider. Die Anmeldung kann definitiv optimiert werden.

Pros:

Ładne, czyste pokoje. Dogodna lokalizacja. Personel na dole, w restauracji bardzo pomocny i otwarty. Niestety nie działał nam kiosk z meldunkiem i bardzo długo czekaliśmy na klucze. Śniadanie bardzo drogie, nie warte swojej ceny.

Pros:

Wygodny pokój z ładną łazienką. W okolicy brak sklepów ale mini bar wyposażony w napoje wiec w razie potrzeby można skorzystać. Smaczne śniadania i dania obiadowe. Blisko do szlaków, bardzo urokliwa okolica wiec polecam. Cisza i spokój, można odpocząć w otoczeniu pięknego lasu.

Cons:

Brak lub bardzo słaby zasięg telefoniczny, wiec problemy z internetem. Polecam pobrać mapy ze szlakami do wersji offline. W Chacie dostępne jest otwarte wifi, ale nie zawsze dobrze działało. Na miejscu restauracja do 17.30/18 wiec po tym czasie jak chce się coś zjeść to tylko auto i w zasięgu 20-30 minut jazdy znajdują się lokalne restauracje. Polecam zaopatrzyć się we wszystko co potrzebujesz na szlak przed przyjazdem bo nie mam tam żadnego sklepu spożywczego.

Nice new hotel on the top of Jizera mountain

Cons:

Could be more pleasant staff and no additional service available in hotel. Restaurant is closing at 6.30 pm and when you arrive after this time there is no food service and no reception service. Price is too high for such a service and check in and check out need to be via kiosk.
