The staff is very nice and helpful. It’s a cute small boutique hotel. Nice breakfast. Great location five minutes from all of the restaurants and shops walking.

Cons:

The photos of the room online had me believe the room was much bigger than it actually was. The showers did not have doors on them. The floors got wet in the bathroom. We did have cleaning service every day, so it was not a big deal.

Great elevated, comfortable & convenient stay for fairly reasonable price in peak season.
Pros:

Loved the staff they made the stay great! They were very responsive & accommodating even with last minute port transportation. Excellent location.

Cons:

We were pretty much happy with everything. The pull out bed was a tiny bit too firm for the boys but staff made sure to provide extra comforters.
Space was a tiny bit cramped but we managed.

The property is recently renovated

Cons:

1 The property is on the main road and gets substantial traffic noise. We asked for a room change but it was declined
2. To access the town facilities one needs to walk on the main road. The road is without footpath, gets constant traffic and is poorly lit at night so it is risky walking to & from town
3. Breakfast selection was limited and the hotel charged extra cost for an espresso coffee even though breakfast had been prepaid
4. Suite room furniture was basic
