Disappointing stay

The property is recently renovated

Cons:

1 The property is on the main road and gets substantial traffic noise. We asked for a room change but it was declined
2. To access the town facilities one needs to walk on the main road. The road is without footpath, gets constant traffic and is poorly lit at night so it is risky walking to & from town
3. Breakfast selection was limited and the hotel charged extra cost for an espresso coffee even though breakfast had been prepaid
4. Suite room furniture was basic

Cons:

Great option with the best staff
Pros:

Amazing location! So comfortable! We got a free upgrade to a suite that came with a heated hot tub and it was so luxurious. The staff were all friendly especially Andy. Everyone was so nice to talk to and offer assistance.

Pros:

The nicest and most polite staff I have met since a very long time. The hotel is nice, clean, well decorated. The apartment I rented was very comfortable, toiletries provided very good quality, bed very comfortable, AC working properly. The apartment had a great terrace and a separate balcony too.

Pros:

The location is great - it is right on the entrance to the town and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. We arrived a bit early and they were able to accommodate us checking in to get settled right away. We had a rental car and street parking outside the hotel was never an issue. The staff go above and beyond to great you every time you walk by and check in to make sure that everything is okay. You can tell they prioritize service, for example they were standing ready to help with our bags as soon as we walked out of our room for check out. Beach towels were readily available and it is just down the hill.The breakfast was good - a classic breakfast buffet but nothing over the top.

Cons:

You can hear quite a bit from the main courtyard, we had to wear earplugs that they provided. There is also a very bright exit sign in the rooms that is on all night. They provide eye masks but it was a bit annoying. We had the room with the hot tub which was great - our first night when we went in it was a bit dirty with sand from previous use. It was cleaned the next day and was great for the rest of our stay.
