Great option with the best staff
Pros:

Amazing location! So comfortable! We got a free upgrade to a suite that came with a heated hot tub and it was so luxurious. The staff were all friendly especially Andy. Everyone was so nice to talk to and offer assistance.

Pros:

The nicest and most polite staff I have met since a very long time. The hotel is nice, clean, well decorated. The apartment I rented was very comfortable, toiletries provided very good quality, bed very comfortable, AC working properly. The apartment had a great terrace and a separate balcony too.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The property is close to the shops and restaurants in Nousas. Very vice breakfast was included with the room

Pros:

The location is great - it is right on the entrance to the town and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. We arrived a bit early and they were able to accommodate us checking in to get settled right away. We had a rental car and street parking outside the hotel was never an issue. The staff go above and beyond to great you every time you walk by and check in to make sure that everything is okay. You can tell they prioritize service, for example they were standing ready to help with our bags as soon as we walked out of our room for check out. Beach towels were readily available and it is just down the hill.The breakfast was good - a classic breakfast buffet but nothing over the top.

Cons:

You can hear quite a bit from the main courtyard, we had to wear earplugs that they provided. There is also a very bright exit sign in the rooms that is on all night. They provide eye masks but it was a bit annoying. We had the room with the hot tub which was great - our first night when we went in it was a bit dirty with sand from previous use. It was cleaned the next day and was great for the rest of our stay.

Great location! And the suites are very spacious.

Cons:

For what we paid for the property, there were issues with the showers. The front desk personnel were very responsive and quick to resolve all issues.

Nice rooms could be bigger in size

Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely breakfast included in our stay. Staff very accommodating and nice clean/modern rooms

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower design did not allow for proper drainage. Water pooled quickly, causing the bathroom to flood and leaving the space wet and messy after each use. I’m not sure if this is the case in all rooms, but it was definitely an issue in ours with the very tiny shower.

Pros:

OPAL PAROS es el alojamiento ideal para visitar Paros. El hotel se encuentra a 3 minutos andando del centro de Nousa. La ubicación es fabulosa ya que la zona es muy tranquila y en tan solo 3 minutos estás en el centro del pueblo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con todo tipo de amenities.
El personal del hotel está en todo momento pendiente de ti, y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Son maravillosos!

The best place to stay in Paros!
Pros:

Everything! Location great, suite was wonderful, plenty of room for our family of 4. The second bathroom was a great surprise and worked so well! But this property is excellent because of the staff. Never had more pleasant, helpful people anywhere in the world. They are what makes Opal so special!

We loved it and would stay there again if we went back

The rooms were beautiful, big and clean
The proximity to Nauossa
The staff, especially Eva, were excellent.
She went out of her way to recommend great places and everything she told us was 10/10

Cons:

There are a lot of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone older or with any mobility problems
