Older resort on a beautiful beach
Pros:

Beautiful beach, nice pool and attentive staff. Lifeguard and security. Staff very helpful and nice. Comfortable bed and good linens.

Cons:

Bit tired on the edges, older resort. Nice beach with beach chairs and restaurant service, but the location doesn’t allow for getting to other restaurants in the area without a car or expensive taxi. Five days of eating from the same menu got tiring, the food is okay but not exceptional.

A pice of paradise in Acapulco
Pros:

Just gorgeous! The building, the landscape of the gardens, palapas and fountains, and the ocean view.
The food is amazing and the spa sooo goood.

Cons:

A little the time to pass security, but it also make us feel safe.

Really nice hotel in a great location and with wonderful staff.
Pros:

It’s an old but beautifully maintained, clean and well run property. It’s up on a hill with a spectacular view, but it also goes down to a lovely part of beach with a nice swimming pool area. There’s a restaurant on the beach and one at the top, both serving good food. And a nice bar. The staff are amazing; so helpful and friendly. Excellent WiFi everywhere. I hardly left the hotel for the three days. Overall a relaxing and charming experience.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn’t like.

We enjoyed the company of our family.

Cons:

The paint on the exterior is chipping, there was mold in the shower. The bellboys have a deal with a certain driver and they’ll call him and make guests wait extra time and pay extra when there are taxis readily available outside of the property. The beach club is meah. The hotel is located next to a public beach, so any claims of private access to the beach are false. The ocean is not close to the beach club. Food service is slooooow. Room service doesn’t pick up calls.
