Supervriendelijke ontvagst!
Kleine kamer maar met alle voorzieningen: goeie douche, kleine koelkast, airco, lekker rustig...

Cons:

Niks eigenlijk. Kamer had iets groter mogen zijn, maar was best OK voor 2 nachten.

Great Location & Lovely Staff... Will return.
Pros:

First time staying at this hotel, after numerous other hotels in Amsterdam & this was a hidden gem.
Perfect location, walking distance to Leidseplein & tram stops near by.
The staff were great, very helpful. They even storaged our luggage on the last day, which was very appreciated.
The rooms are spacious. The balcony was great with views right onto the street.
Would return & recommend!

Good hotel in a nice neighbourhood and good connectivity.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood. There’s a tram stop and a convenience store within a 5-minute walking distance. There are frequent GVB trams to the Amsterdam Central Station which was very convenient.

Cons:

When we arrived, the door was closed with a sign that asked to try the other door which we never found. No one answered when we called the desk. It took quite some time before we rang the doorbell and we were let in. That wasn’t a welcoming reception. But the duty staff at other times were friendly and helpful.
