Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was good - not too busy and not to far away from the attractions around the nearby Highstreet.
Good location lots of choices if you want to travel to other areas or attractions.
Room could have been in better condition.
There were some spillage marks on the wall that could have easily been cleaned.
Some of the small tiles on the shower floor were missing or loose.
Could have done with some milk sachets to go with the coffee and tea provided in the room

The location was absolutely perfect and the front desk staff was always kind. The room clean and the bed was a nice comfortable treat at the end of long days of site seeing. The elevator was a blessing as regular stairs are tricky for me sometimes, let alone the Amsterdam steep stairs.
I would suggest putting some drain covers in the shower as an option for guests. There can occasionally be a slight sewer gas smell which is very common worldwide with the age of the buildings and the design of the plumbing. I am very much used to this coming from Mexico and always travel with a gallon size Ziplock bag that I fill halfway with water and cover the drain with it. Problem solved no smell no issues.
