Hotel pulito, staff splendido
Pros:

Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e pronto a soddisfare con tempestività ogni richiesta, a risolvere eventuali criticità. La camera era dotata di piani d'appoggio e anche in bagno, benchè piccolo, c'erano ripiani e ganci per riporre gli asciugamani. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta del bagno e, non potendoci dare un'altra stanza perchè tutte le camere erano occupate, ci hanno rimborsato per il disagio....pur non avendo noi avanzato alcuna pretesa

Le camere non sono insonorizzate e sentivamo i vicini quando rientravano

Camera molto piccola, oiuttosto vecchia, come tutta la struttura. Alcuni servizi non funzionavano bene.

Pizza Beppe round the corner.

Cons:

Heating didn't work. Toilet didn't flush. Duvet was too short (I'm not tall). Curtains didn't cover window. Do Not Disturb ignored. DIY/Drilling in hotel every day from 9am. Lighting too low to see anything in room after sunset. Reception staff rude.

Fiyat performans olarak kısa süreli tatiller için gayet yeterli.

Cons:

We waren er voor onze kamer klaar was en de bagage is netjes op onze kamer gezet.

Cons:

Kamer was veel ouder dan gedacht. Receptioniste bij aankomst was erg kortaf.

Vicino al centro.
Pros:

In 20 minuti di camminata si raggiunge il centro, in 10 minuti si raggiunge il museo Van Gogh. Bollitore in camera con caffè solubile, tè e zucchero. Frigorifero. Tv ( non prende la RAI). Asciugamani soffici e puliti. Asciugacapelli. Piumoni molto caldi. Stanza silenziosa.

Cons:

Stanza a piano terra abbastanza fredda, il termosifone in bagno non funziona. Bagno freddissimo. Gli scarichi del lavandino e della doccia un po' intasati.
Pile scariche del telecomando tv e del condizionatore. Personale schivo. Pagato 250 euro per due notti. Rapporto qualità prezzo non positivo.

Would stay here again because of the comfy bed, easy elevator access and cleanliness of the hotel!
Pros:

I was extremely happy this property had an elevator that took me up to the fourth floor! Totally avoided the famous steep dutch stairs. Most comfortable bed I've ever had in Amsterdam and the facilities were totally clean. I would stay here again! I enjoyed having a window, and it was a good location with a small cafe right across the street.m

Cons:

I didn't like how thin the walls were. Next door neighbor had a little party for their last night and I could hear everything. This wouldn't have stopped me from staying here again though... I also couldn't get my heater to work. Very cold weather and not having a heater one morning wasn't so pleasant but the room was insulated enough to not feel the extremes of the climate. All outlets are only Type C
