Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was nice, comfortable place. Location was top. It was a bit confusing how to get in but they have left very clear instructions to follow.
They sent us a message interrested in feedback, which was nice.

Cons:

The WiFi was slow and unstable. The hairdryer was not the best. It was unable to dry my hair, but I have very long hair.
The pillows were not very good and there were no spare pillows.

Amazing location with everything we needed
Pros:

The WiFi didn’t work during our trip but this wasn’t a major issue. We only wanted to connect to book a trip.

Good apartment. Clean.

Cons:

Poor internet signal. Used my own data due to the same poor signal. Some TV channels need to be in English. I gave the rating as meeting my expectations but the wifi did not.

Inaffidabile e pericoloso: chiusi fuori con farmaci salvavita all'interno.
Cons:

Pessima esperienza, struttura assolutamente inaffidabile.
Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dall'appartamento, il numero di telefono fornito risultava inesistente e non c'era personale sul posto; l'unica assistenza è stata una voce al citofono che ci intimava di andarcene.
La situazione è diventata un'emergenza medica perché i farmaci salvavita del mio compagno erano bloccati all'interno della stanza e lui ha iniziato a sentirsi male.
Di fronte alla totale assenza e negligenza da parte dell'host, sono stata costretta a chiamare la polizia.
Un comportamento inaccettabile.

Nos gusto la ubicación y el apartamento estaba bien

Cons:

No nos gusto que como estaba señalizado era muy confuso, nos pasamos media hora buscandolo en el mismo edificio donde estaba aunque nos facilitaran la informacion por booking, así mismo aún entrando casi 40 minutos tarde nos comentaron que teniamos que esperar 20 minutos, cosa que no nos hizo mucha gracia. Porque les escribimoa un día antes para solo dejar las mochilas y nos dijeron que no, por lo que tubings que hacer tempo Durante una hora.

Odayı bulurken zorlandık ve 2.kata çıktığımızda iki görevli bize yardımcı olmadı. Girişlerde yardımcı olunması için bir görevlinin bulunması zorunlu bence . Çünkü gönderilen yardımcı olması için bir pdf belge var orada koridorun giriş kapısı değişmişti ancak pdf güncellenmemişti ve biz çok sorun yaşadık bulamadık. 2.katta bulunan başka bir otelin görevlisi bizi sürekli olarak kovmaya çalıştı parasını ödediğimiz yeri 2-3 saat sonra giriş yapabildik ve bu çok yordu

- auch sonst spärlich ausgestattet für eine Woche (kein Handfeger, kein Putzlappen)
- keine Möglichkeit vor Checkin und nach Checkout Gepäck zu deponieren
- Laut Angabe des Anbieters gibt es einen Satz Handtücher, in der Realität besteht der aus einem kleinen Frottiertuch, wie es üblicherweise als Duschvorleger benutzt wird
- man konnte flaws über eine app melden, aber leider wurde nichts gefixt und ausser der bestätigung, dass das Ticket raus war, kam auch nichts mehr zurück in den 5 tagen.

Desde varias semanas antes estuvimos avisando de que íbamos a llegar antes de las 3, hora del check-in por si fuera posible entrar sobre las 2, más o menos nos dieron a entender que sí y si no que había la opción de dejar las maletas en la recepción mientras, nada más entrar en las instalaciones un hombre que estaba allí que sería el responsable o similar nos dijo que que hacíamos allí que esto era la parte "elegance" que nosotros no pintábamos nada allí, (habíamos reservado la mejor habitación que había que por supuesto era "elegance", de hecho la propia habitación se llamaba "habitación elegance" pero que nada, que nos fuéramos no nos quería ni escuchar, que está no era nuestra parte y que buscáramos por el edificio cual era la nuestra, le enseñamos la reserva y la conversación en la que decía lo de entrar antes y que podíamos dejar las maletas en recepción, nos dijo que para ir a recepción teníamos que coger el ascensor, subir una planta, cruzarla y bajar las escaleras de nuevo a la planta 2, cuando cruzando por el hotel no habia más de 10 segundos andando, nos tuvimos que ir de nuevo cargando con las maletas.
La habitación un auténtico despropósito tendría en las paredes en total fácilmente 80 roces, a lo que hay que sumarle cercos de humedad en forma de goteras que había debajo del aire acondicionado el cual no tenía el mando, en la habitación otro cerco de unos 25cm pintado de otro color, reservamos esa habitación porque tenía cocina y no había ningún tipo de menaje de cocina, ni una sartén, ni una olla ni una espátula o cuchara de madera para mover la comida, además también pillamos esa habitación porque tenía 45 m² que serían más bien 20 o 25 m²
Sinceramente un auténtico despropósito de reserva.

Location is great, really comfortable.

Cons:

No pan or cooking pot, making cooking impossible so there is no meaning of having a kitchen. The curtains does not cover the light really well

Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular. La habitación muy cómoda, al igual que la cama.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me gustase. Leer bien todo, cobran un deposito de fianza de 250€. Que lo devuelven en cuando dejas la habitación.
