Rispetto alla camera che ci aspettavamo era differente e quando l’abbiamo fatto notare non hanno fatto nessuna proposta di sconto o qualche altro tipo di servizio per “scusarsi” per l’inconveniente ma hanno risposto semplicemente “é tutto occupato non possiamo cambiare camera”

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. there was soap, shampoo, towels everything was nice.

Cons:

the only problem was the location of the room inside the building. the location of the building was perfect, but the room was very hard to find. the instructions were not very clear and i was searching for my room for 30 minutes before i found it.

I was unable to stay here as they didn’t provide required info for check-in and incorrect contact #
Pros:

The building and location is nice — I did NOT enter a room nor get to see as they failed to provide me the required info to do so.

Cons:

Their contact number has too many numbers so you are unable to call. They failed to provide a check-in link in time to check-in as paid for. They never gave a room number nor way of entry. They were very unresponsive on Booking. And without providing a reason, they said they could no longer accommodate me after taking my payment and confirming my stay. They stole my money and left me anxious and in fear being in a foreign country without a safe place to stay.
