Cuando llegue al hotel, dijeron que hoteles.com ya no tenía convenio con ellos y perdí mi dinero. Rico reservar en otro hotel pues por la aplicación no me

No aparecía la reserva y no prestaron el servicio
Pros:

La reserva nunca apareció confirmada en el hotel, y nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles, por lo que nunca pudimos hospedarnos allí, el servicio fue terrible. Además, el hotel está prestando servicio a pacientes de las EPS, por lo que parece más una clínica que un hotel como tal, me parece un tema delicado de salubridad, pues no se maneja como en un hospital, y puede ser foco de enfermedades, virus o infecciones
