Świetna lokalizacja, ale hotel wiekowy.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, miły i pomocny personel, wygodne łóżko, czyste ręczniki,

Cons:

Brak ogrzewania w pokoju, a o dostawieniu farelki dowiedziałem się dopiero na miejscu, nie było o tym mowy wcześniej, śniadania monotonne i nie w formie szwedzkiego stołu, a kilku zestawów do wyboru, pokój czysty ale nie został odkurzony przez 5 dni podczas naszego pobytu mimo wywieszenia plakietki z prośbą o posprzątanie,

Poza brakiem info o bagażu, pobyt, miejsce, czystość, śniadania zasługują na bardzo wysoką ocenę
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, śniadanie obfite, smaczne z jakościowych produktów. Hotel położony w sercu Kazimierza, wszystkie zaplanowane obiekty do odwiedzenia znajdują się w kilkuminutowych odległościach - pieszo. Na Wawel również 10 min. spacerem.

Cons:

Należy poinformować przed kliknięciem "rezerwuję", że hotel jest samoobsługowy i nie ma możliwości zostawienia bagaży w recepcji nieco wcześniej niż o godz. otrzymania kluczy. Doba hotelowa od 15.00. OK ja to szanuję, ale często goście przybywają wcześniej z ciężkimi bagażami. Informacja o braku możliwości pozostawienia bagażu bardzo pomoże zaplanować logistykę w pierwszy i ostatni dzień pobytu.

Pas de réception physique mais des instructions simples et claires sont communiquées avant l’arrivée.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Hotel très bien, excellent rapport qualité prix, je reviendrais. Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel mais des d’excellentes chaînes de boulangerie où l’on peut se poser sont à moins 5 min à pieds.

Cons:

Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit pour dormir, prévoir des bouchons anti-bruit, l’hôtel étant dans une rue où il y a du passage.

Ubicación excelente , rodeada de comercios y restauración . Pleno barrio judío muy cerca de todo . La habitación era muuuy grande . El desayuno es en el restaurante italiano de al lado , con opción de elegir entre varios tipos: tortitas, revuelto de huevos, tortilla…. Muy muy buen desayuno . El día de salida consultamos si podíamos quedarnos hasta las 12 en vez de las 11 que es la hora del check out y nos dijeron que si. Fué un bonito detalle

Cons:

La habitación no se limpió / cambió todos los días pero bueno, fue al final de la estancia y las toallas las pudimos reutilizar sin problema . No fue nada importante para nosotros

The location is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

The shower head in my room was a little broken but still worked. Might need a little fix and should be all fine.
