Aamiainen viereisessä kahvilassa oli hyvä, ja kahvilan henkilökunta ystävällistä. Sängyt olivat mukavat.

Cons:

Huone ei ollut kovin siisti. Laukkusäilytystä ei ollut eikä tarvittavia hygieniatuotteita. Yritimme soittaa online-receptioniin, mutta sieltä ei vastattu vaan luvattiin soittaa takaisin. Ei soitettu. Viestillä pyysimme ylimääräistä tyynyä, joka luvattiin toimittaa ja toimitettiinkin kahden päivän päästä.

It was OK, but note - this is a self service hotel, breakfast might take time and no luggage storage
Pros:

When I booked a 2 night stay here I did not read properly the part of the description that states 'this hotel is run as a self-service hotel' so when I arrived I was lucky that someone was just going in so I could get into the reception area. At that point I had not received the SMS message with details of door code and my room - I did receive this some minutes later and was then able to get the keys to my room from the very fiddly combination lock boxes. The room was OK and the air-con did work. The hotel location is very good and central in Kazimerz locality. Breakfast was served next door in the Italian restaurant - there was a choice of 6 or 7 breakfasts like full English, bacon and eggs, other cooked breakfasts, etc (not a buffet) and you could only have one drink at no charge - either juice of tea/coffee but not both without a paying extra.

Cons:

The breakfast was well prepared and served in the restaurant next door but the choice of only one drink included was not good in my opinion. There was no buffet alternative which the description of the hotel claims there is - so that was mis-sold in my opinion. Also because each breakfast is made to order (as people from hotel arrive for breakfast), it might be that it takes some time before your breakfast order arrives. There is no luggage storage at this hotel, so if on your last day you want to do some things before going to the airport in the afternoon/evening, you have to find and pay for luggage storage elsewhere. I received the SMS message prior to check-in time but there was another group of 5 people who were waiting in reception and they did not get the SMS message until a couple of hours after the 15.00 check-in time - and there was no reply when they rang the number given in reception - this gave just an automated reply in Polish

Jeżeli lubisz stary klimat miasta ,Tylko tutaj tego zaznasz.

Doskonały hotel samoobsługowy. Przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy szczegółowe instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, centralna, idealna dla spacerowiczów
Lokalizacja bezpośrednio na Kazimierzu. W Pokojach czysto. Łazienka czysta. Śniadania bardzo dobre , podawane w restauracji przylegającej do obiektu. Jak dla mnie bardzo ważne, dobrej jakości dywany na podłodze ,daja uczucie wyższego komfortu.

Cons:

Nie lubię klimatyzacji Jednak w te dni panowały upały i Klimatyzacja bardzo by sie przydała .Klima NIE DZIAŁAŁA .Spaliśmy przy otwartych oknach ,co nie zapewniło CISZY .Jak to w bawiącym sie mieście .ludzie kończą dzień i nad ranem. Niestety TO DUŻY MINUSIK.

Läget var perfekt i Kazimierz. Behjälplig personal (per telefon) vid behov. Nyckelbox var smidigt. Prisvärt hotell.

Perfect location, easy check-in.
Pros:

Pros:

Great apartments, felt comfortable, slept well. Perfect location!

Doccia rotta (dopo richiesta di intervento) migliorata ma non risolto completamente.
La stanza in 3 giorni non è mai stata riassettata né pulita. Il cestino non svuotato.
Gentilezza persona e colazione PESSIMA.
LENTI e sgarbati.
