Patogi lova
Tienes varios platos a elegir incluidos
It was very close to the Center, was very clean, easy check in and check out.
TV is so hard to turn on that we didn’t even used it.
Only location was worh booking.
Not recommended.
The first room was an attic room and extremely hot, reaching around 35°C. After I complained, I was moved to another room, but it was also in the attic. The air conditioning in both rooms was either malfunctioning or too old to work properly.
The hotel itself feels very outdated. The only positive aspect was that the rooms were spacious. However, the furniture, carpeting, and beds were heavily worn. The bed was so old that you could actually feel the metal springs through the mattress.
The breakfast was very poor. During our 5-day stay, we only had breakfast there once and chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
There is also no reception service at all, which made the experience even less convenient.
Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for money, and I would not stay here again.
The best feature of the hotel was the cold water dispensers located in the corridors. Beds were comfortable. Self check in was easy. We stayed for 3 nights as a group with 3 separate bookings and rooms. We were given rooms on different floors. The first floor room was okay. Unfortunately, the higher the floor, the worse the experience. Rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, had air conditioning that did not work. The top floor becomes extremely hot during the summer, and it made the stay very uncomfortable. We knew the hotel was inexpensive compared to other hotels in Krakow so did not expect luxury, but functioning air conditioning during the summer should be a basic requirement. Each room had a fan, but it was not enough. In fact, the guests staying on the lowest floor ended up giving their fan to the room on the third floor.
All of the rooms had an odd smell.
On arrival, each guest received a single sachet of instant coffee and one sachet of shampoo. That was all for the entire stay. No additional toiletries or coffee were provided on subsequent days, so if you want to wash your hair after a full day of sightseeing, you will need to bring your own shampoo.
I would not recommend booking the room with breakfast included. It is not good value for money. Breakfast is served in the restaurant next door, where the menu for the hotel is very limited and strictly controlled. You are entitled to only one small coffee; even though a large coffee costs only €0.50 more, it is not included. For the same money, you would be better off ordering exactly what you want from the restaurant’s full menu or eating elsewhere. 2 of our 3 breakfasts were served with stale, dry bread. Aside from that, the food was freshly prepared, tasty, and the portion sizes were reasonably generous.
As above
