Que ofrecen unos servicios los cuales no dan
1- En la reserva iva incluido el desayuno el cual el encargado llegó hasta casi las 10 am
2 - ofrecían WiFi el cual no sirve y no tiene conectividad
3- el vehículo queda en parqueadero completamente al aire libre sin vigilancia
Muy buena ubicación, al pie de la piedra.
No se hace limpieza diaria de las habitaciones. No hubo agua caliente en mi habitación. Informé que me iba a bañar para que encendieran el equipo de agua caliente y no pasó nada, me tuve que bañar los dos días con agua fría. La administración no es muy amable, salvo la trabajadora que estaba en el turno de la noche. ☹️

The staff were great and they accommodated my requests to switch rooms multiple times due to issues with excessive noise and internet issues.
The staff were very kind and accommodating. The problem was that the restaurant right above and next to all the rooms plays music very loud from 6am to 9pm. The staff said they couldn't really do anything about the music. Also, there are helicopters circling every 10-15min from about 7am to 6pm. And they landing pad is right next to the hotel. They ended up changing my room three times because of the noise and the internet wouldn't reach my room. Overall the staff were very kind and accommodating. They know the location isn't great. But it is cheap.
The personal was amazing, good location
Great location right next to El Peñón. Can walk right there from the hotel. Staff is friendly.
I reserved the room with the jacuzzi thinking it would be a romantic trip with my partner. Big mistake. The jacuzzi ruined the room. Here's why:
-The entire room had a very strong mold/mildew smell
-To use the jacuzzi, you needed to first ask them to turn on the water heater and wait for the water to heat up (no big deal).
-The jacuzzi is so huge, that the water heater tank only holds enough to fill it 1/3 of the way before you run out of hot water. We basically were only able to enough hot water to dip our legs. To get more hot water, you need to wait another 40+ minutes, and by then the original water is cold and you're tired of sitting in the tub anyways.
-When draining the tub, you will find a leak that will seep out onto your floor, leaving a sizable portion of the room with a puddle.
The jacuzzi has no business being in this room, the entire experience would have been much better without it.
The rooms were nice and beautiful, but could be cleaned better. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Prices slightly high for the area, but were newer.

Loved the location. Staff was absolutely awesome Especially Maria at the front desk. She spoke fluent English was very courteous, polite and always very helpful. Jimmy, was awesome as well.
Everything was just awesome with the exception of the bed (mattress was a little hard) and no hot water in the shower
