Teppichboden war total durchnässt - anscheinend wurde Dachflächenfenster bei Dauerregen offen gelassen

sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, U Bahn und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück war bei mir nicht verfügbar aber im Bahnhof gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker für belegte Brötchen und Kaffee.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig was nicht unbedingt am Hotel liegt sondern an den Gästen die sich Nachts auf dem Flur lautstark unterhalten müssen.

Cons:

I tried to cancel around a week before my stay . Even though my booking was a non refundable one , They refused which is fair enough..however their excuse was RIDICULOUS !! they said they can not reimburse because it was a short notice .. one week before is not a short notice ! Anyway it is their right to refuse but I was hoping for some kind of humanity from their side.
The only thing good in the hotel is the location ..
i mean it is not a great location but it just opposite to a metro station and kind of reasonable value for money .
The room is small and very hot no ac only a small fan that was noisy .
Cleaning was not done doily .

Buena opción para viajar ligero
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena porque tiene la estación de metro en frente y se puede llegar fácil al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Podría mejorar si hubiese alguien todo el tiempo en recepción prestando apoyo a los huéspedes

Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Anbindung U- und Trambahn. Sauberes Bad.

Cons:

Bettzugang beidseitig eingeschränkt, 1 Seite Mansarde, 1Seite Mauervorsprung!! Aufzugfahrt ist ein Erlebnis, schwer zu beschreiben :-(.
Wandanstrich ziemlich verschmutzt. Ausstattung der Zimmer...naja. TV Empfang so gut wie gar nicht existent!!
Zimmer ist zweckmäßig, mehr aber nicht.

Purtroppo non si riesce a dormire per il rumore, e non essendoci oscuranti la luce arriva presto. Consiglio di dotarsi di tappi per orecchie e copri occhi.
