A hotel to sleep in, nothing more
Pros:

The metro is right across the street

Cons:

Bare minimum hotel, no fridge and no AC.
The street is very noisy, I recommend ear plugs

Unacceptable Room Condition
Pros:

The location was good, only 200 meters from the Alder Strabe u-bahn

Cons:

Cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not properly prepared on arrival (trash not emptied, items left in the closet), and both the carpet and walls appeared unclean. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell despite non-smoking signs.

During our three-night stay, the room was not serviced and trash was not removed. However, staff entered the room on the last day without notice to replace the showerhead, which felt inappropriate.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I don't understand how they receive a 8.3 in reviews.

Pros:

Alles war einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist hervorragend und sehr zentral. Mein Zimmer war blitzsauber und gemütlich, ausgestattet mit Fernseher und Wasserkocher. Besonders toll fand ich den Service: Als ich einmal vergessen hatte, das Fenster zu schließen, hat das Personal sofort reagiert und es für mich erledigt. Auch der Wechsel der Bettwäsche und die frischen Handtücher waren top. Die Automaten im Erdgeschoss für Snacks und Hygieneartikel sind super praktisch! Ein großes Dankeschön an das herzliche Team.

Cons:

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Alles hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen!

Tolle Übernachtung für ein paar Tage
Pros:

Ich hatte alles was ich brauchte, das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles war sauber.
Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber fürs übernachten hat es völlig gereicht.

Cons:

Die Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt nicht perfekt aber da kommt es natürlich darauf an was man wo machen möchte.
