Confiable y confortable
Pros:

Desde la llegada, la forma amable que nos atendió la Sra. Maritza su buena información y atención, la claridad conque nos informó nuestras inquietudes y su buena actitud nos generó confianza, sus habitaciones muy confortable, en resumen todo estuvo muy bien, acorde a nuestras expectativas, lo recomendaría 100% a mis conocidos, muchas gracias!!

Acogedor y tranquilo.
Pros:

Me gusto la ubicación y las instalaciones, algo para mejorar, tener en cuenta cuando la habitación es para 1 o 2 personas, para el suministro de toallas y jabón. En general todo limpio y acogedor.

Cons:

Solo colocaron 1 toalla, y la habitación era para 2, los refrescos los venden calientes.

Cerca a La embajada Americana

La cercanía a la embajada. cama cómoda

Cons:

Que dijeran que el servicio de desayuno era desde las 7 y a esta hora no había llegado la señora que prepara los alimentos. Nos tomaron la orden a las 7:20. La intención era desayunar mas temprano para llegar lo antes posible a la embajada. Ya se que la próxima vez que vaya mejor no tomar el desayuno.

Buena para una estancia corta

Cons:

Las instalaciones no están en el mejor estado, el baño que me toco no tenía la tapa sanitaria. Me dieron una habitación con ventana interior a unas escalas por donde pasa todo los huéspedes así que puede ser molesto para alguien con sensibilidad al ruido

Estadía cómoda y buena ubicación cerca de la embajada
Pros:

Tuve una muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Real Superior. Me gustó mucho su ubicación, especialmente por la cercanía a la embajada, lo cual lo hace muy conveniente si se realizan trámites o visitas en la zona.

También destaco el servicio de desayuno, que fue muy bueno y completo. Además, las camas son bastante cómodas, lo que permitió un buen descanso durante la estadía. En general, es un hotel confortable y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Considero que debería haber mayor control del ruido en las habitaciones. En mi caso, personas de habitaciones cercanas estuvieron hablando hasta muy tarde con un volumen de voz bastante alto, y al parecer desde recepción no se hace mucho control sobre este tipo de situaciones. Sería bueno que el hotel reforzara este aspecto para garantizar un mejor descanso a los huéspedes.

Buena relación calidad precio, con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Es un buen lugar para pasar una noche, sobre todo si vas a realizar el tramite de la visa ya que esta muy bien ubicado.
Tiene buenos lugares cerca para comer y el sector es tranquilo.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar los implementos de la habitación como toallas y sabanas, no estan mal, pero si se ven ya un poco viejas.

The stay was disappointing. There was no lift to the room, which was especially difficult for someone with knee problems. Only one towel was provided for two people and I had to request a second. The tap was broken, and only a very small packet of shower gel was supplied. Overall, the facilities need improvement.
