Pros:

Location is close to everything.

Cons:

Although the hotel was closed to most attractions in the Old Town, it was hard to find the hotel since it blends with all the stores and eateries that surrounded it. The entrance to the hotel was just a long corridor between a souvenir store and a food stand.

Hotel Desepcionante para la calificación de booking

La ubicación es buena,el hotel decepcionante,la habitación que nos fue asiganada era pequeña e incómoda Tuvimos que reclamar por una habitación mejor,nos dieron una en dos plantas más arriba por escaleras sin ayuda para subir y bajar las maletas- A la hora de salir aprox.8 de la mañana,habiendo avisado anteriormente,para tomar el transporte ,para viajar,no había nadie para el check out, no recibiendo ni factura ni recibos por el pago-Todo bastante ineficiente ,confuso- Mala experiencia

Falta de servicio,el desayuno muy elemental-El personal poco predispuesto El hotel no parece calificar para 4 estrellas - No nos presentaron,ni vimos servicios del hotel que se corresponda con esa calificación- Nos quisieron cobrar por reclamar una habitación acorde a lo contratado

Great hotel, perfect location
Pros:

The location is perfect, breakfast simple but tasty, rooms are really clean, staff kind and helpful. Everything as it should be.

Cons:

Just one thing that is more room for improvement than a dislike - a little more space or shelves for clothes, and one or two shelves in the bathroom. At least for a family of four.
BUT, this is absolutely not a thing why you wouldn't go to this hotel, we would recommend it anytime.

Genoten vanaf een perfecte locatie van het mooie Praag
Pros:

De locatie en de ruimte in het appartement.

Cons:

Dat we de airconditioning niet zelf konden bedienen, hiervoor hadden we de mensen aan de receptie nodig.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à l’hôtel Karlova !
Pros:

L’établissement a été refait en 2024 et c’est joli avec de beau matériaux.
L’accueil est chaleureux , la situation en plein cœur de la vieille ville est parfaite, l’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu.
Tout le personnel a été très agréable et à l’écoute.

Cons:

Disons que la salle de bain était un peu petite, avec peu de de place pour poser nos trousses de toilettes.
Pas très pratique la salle des petits déjeuners quand il y a du monde, peu de produits exposés donc souvent manquants et leur qualité moyenne (fruits « frais »?!, fruits secs, confiture, viennoiseries…) mais nous n’avons pas manqué rassurez vous.

Excellend location to the main square so bring good sturdy walking shoes for the cobbled streets!
Pros:

Location was 2 minutes from main square, which was excellent. Room was very clean. Staff very helpful and spoke excellent English on reception.

Cons:

Not much to add! Perhaps more choice for a hot breakfast?

Hotellin sijainti täydellinen, keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Ravintolat ja nähtävyydet lähellä. Monipuolinen aamiainen, siisti huone ja hyvä suihku.

Cons:

Ilmastointi oli välillä liian tehokas ja puhalsi kylmää ilmaa. Allergiselle ehkä liian voimakas ilmastointi. Sänky melko napakka, ei myötäillyt selkää juurikaan.

Konumu harika! Charles köprüsü ve saat kulesinin tam merkezi ve otelden indiğin gibi old town dasın!! Otel tertemiz ve yeni. Çalışanlar çok ilgili , yardımcı oluyorlar. Akşam resepsiyondaki personeller çalışmadığı için oda kartıyla otele giriş yapıyorsun Buda old town da olduğumuz için güvenliği sağlıyor harika ! Otelde trdelnik kokusu yayılıyor yani her şey harika:) bir daha gelirsem asla başka otel düşünmem 🙏
