Hello, during our stay at Hotel Karlova, our young daughter accidentally drew a little bit on a chair with a blue pen. The hotel management has demanded €150 for this and went as far as threatening to call the police. This behavior completely violates your corporate policies and fair customer practices. I demand a full refund/cancellation of this unfair charge before I check out of the hotel. Please take immediate action.

Great location, easy to find, nice setup for our group of three.
There were a lot of stairs to get to our particular room, and the entry door was lower than normal which caused some head bumps. The stairs were disclosed prior to booking.

המדרגות לחדרים, אין מעלית לקומות העליונות ומאוד קשה להגיע לחדרים המדרגות בצורת ספירלה, יש מעלית אבל לא לקומה העליונה שהיא הקומה השלישית, המדרגות מאוד מסוכנות לעליה למעלה חבל מאוד שזה ככה צריך לשפר בעיקר את הקומות העליונות
