המיקום מושלם, קרוב לכל האתרים החשובים, המון מסעדות, ברים ובתי קפה בסביבה.
הצוות ידידותי מאוד!! נציגי הקבלה נחמדים במיוחד.
ארוחת הבוקר היה טעימה מאוד ומגוונת והחדר שלנו היה מרווח, נעים ונקי.

Pros:

Colazione standard, adeguata. Camera recentemente ristrutturata, silenziosa (al terzo piano), pulita, letti comodi.

Cons:

Location in zona iperturistica della città vecchia, ingresso non adeguato ad un quattro stelle da un corridoio fra negozi su cui si affaccia la porta della cucina di una pasticceria (con relativi odori), non presente lobby adeguata, reception non disponibile la notte. Ok per brevi soggiorni.
