This place is great, nice large roomy area with great amenities

It was a great location. Very easy to find parking and get in/out of the building. The place is decorated so cute! There was no additional toilet paper so had to go down to the first floor communal bathroom to get extra. There was also no hand towel for the kitchen or any blankets. The walls are pretty thin, we could hear the next door neighbors any time the were talking; wasn't as bad when we put the tv volume a little higher. With all that being said the location was great and would still recommend staying here.

The concept is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the location is a good option away from the hectic downtown hotel properties. I will recommend Maven Stay to friends.

Everything except the parking situation was great

My boyfriends and I first stay in salt lake and this was such a welcoming experience. Everything was clean and well organized. We were near so many things. A new quiet town. The apartment was nicely decorated, the quotes were so positive. The balcony was an added bonus.

I liked the amenities within the unit. The ease of check in.
I did not like the flood lights in the patio area. The blackout curtains were insufficient to block the two flood lights shining in our room. It seems like a simple fix to turn them off with the flick of a switch. I was excited to stay at this female run hotel, however, I was disappointed at the response that we received from management to say that they were working on the issue. Sleep is most important especially when travelling.

Place was clean, furniture / dishes / blankets were practically new

Favorite thing about my stay was the bed. It’s the comfiest mattress, pillows, and comforters I’ve ever slept on (tell me the brand please)

If I had any issue, it was that the AC wouldn’t move passed 69-70 degrees. I wish there was a fan.

I’m excited to book again

Room was not cleaned at all when I arrived, door was wide open to the hallway, no bedsheets on bed and lots of disgusting stains. Also unsafe as it has an unlockable conjoining room door where I or the other room could burst in at any moment with only a couch to keep the door from opening as the door didn’t even properly close.

The trash bag didn’t empty when I checked in the room.

Wonderful condo!

Location was great but it is not quiet. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next to you. You can hear conversations as if you’re in the same room. Was difficult to sleep when people next door were up until 7am.

Wonderful space to stay for a few days. It is a staffless location, so if there are any issues it is almost impossible for get in contact with someone. There were stains on the floor, I was unable to control the temperature, and there wasn’t a welcome packet I could refer to on how to use the keypad to lock the door. Overall, the bed was comfortable, great amenities, and good location. I also love how it is women-owned, I just wish I had some contact to reach out about some issues I experienced.

Love love LOVED this place. It was so cute and cozy. It was such a welcoming ambiance. There are a lot of eatery options near by and overall felt safe walking around by myself. Would always stay here when I go to SLC.

Great location. Very cute place! Comfy bed!

It sounded like our neighbors were in our room with us.. and they weren't even being loud. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, a plastic bag under the couch and the rug didn't look vacuumed. We only stayed one night and got another hotel for the remainder of our stay, it was just not comfortable enough to stay.
