Quite expensive for its performance

Cons:

Staffs are not flexible. Breakfast is not good enough for Muslim customers. No halal food. Swimming pool is only till 22:00, it should be at least till 23:00.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even went out of their way to assist us with ordering food online, and when there was a small confusion with our checkout bill, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Excellent service all around. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to stay here again!

Pros:

Peaceful location in nice island, nice view from the balcony, can take a walk near river. Very big room and bathroom. Superb breakfast. Big swimming pool with perfect views.

Cons:

Cocktails in the rooftop bar are shameful, they have to improve. Water in the swimming pool is a bit cold also one of the sauna does not work.

Design, cleanliness, good room size, and an interesting view. I think it’s a good hotel; I was satisfied, and I’ll probably come back again. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good; I am very satisfied with the food.

Cons:

What really upset me was that, at checkout, the lady wrote down the details from the back of my card. I had already paid online, and a deposit hold was also in place. Furthermore, when I handed over my card to pay for laundry services, she recorded my card details after the receipt had already been issued. I find this extremely upsetting, concerning, and unprofessional.

It was an exceptional experience worth the price

Firstly as a foreigner i was glad to know that the staff spoke English well.

The place looks exactly like the pictures…It smells amazing from the moment you set foot in the lobby, to the reception & your room.

They have staff ready for you the very moment you arrive till you leave.
