Великолепный современный отель - прекрасно отдохнули!
Pros:

Понравилось всё! Прекрасный современный отель в красивом тихом месте, в идеальной локации. Завтраки разнообразные, выбор очень большой. Прекрасная возможность безопасно попробовать национальную кухню) Номер просторный, уборка отличная, горничная заботливо увеличивала нам каждый день количество бутылок воды, видя, что мы всё выпиваем. Ежедневная смена халатов - мы их использовали, ходили в бассейн. Бассейн отличный, большой и чистый с обалденным панорамным видом. В номере умный дом. Розетки европейские - переходниками можно не заморачиваться, wi-fi по всему отелю, отличный спортзал. Сотрудники говорят на английском, очень приветливые и отзывчивые, стараются оперативно помочь. Есть трансфер до метро каждые 30 минут- расписание на ресепшн, что очень удобно, особенно вечером, когда из последних сил добираешься после дня осмотров достопримечательностей. Оставляли депозит наличкой, при выезде вернули. Чтоб не оставаться на вылете с 1000 юаней в руках - оплатили депозит долларами США без проблем. Сам био остров, где расположен отель - прекрасное красивое место, один сплошной парк. Народа на нем в будни практически нет - только работники научных центров и лабораторий, но они заняты работой. В выходные приезжают семьи кататься на велосипедах и бегать, поскольку весь остров по периметру оснащён бего и вело дорожками. Единственное - отсутствие магазинов и ресторанов на нём. Возле метро есть небольшой 7-Eleven, из едален - макдональдс, сабвей и кофейня старбакс вроде.. Поскольку у нас не было приложения для вызова такси - обратились для заказа в аэропорт к сотрудникам на ресепшн. Стоимость такси в таком случае низкая и фиксированная - 230 юаней. Потому что за наличку из аэропорта нас довёз за 350, а просил вообще 850! Таксисты - они и в Китае таксисты) Отель очень понравился! В случае повторной поездки в Гуанчжоу, непременно выберем его снова!

Pleasant and relaxing
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. I particularly liked how they sectioned the bedroom, the changing room and the bathroom and still allowed ample privacy even though staying with a kid. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices with good quality. I liked that the bikes were available for rent; it was a nice activity to bike around the island.

Cons:

The reading lights were broken, very annoying. I hope they would add a playroom and pays more attention to their restaurant since the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. A lot of menus were not available and none of the staff speaks English.

Very good stay and recommended for those who look for nice and fancy stay
Pros:

Breakfast excellent and a lot of variety of food type from west style to Asia style
There is a shuttle bus take you from hotel to Guangzhou station and high frequency

Cons:

Swimming pool area not prepared properly and the staff was not welcoming people good, and the pool wasn’t all section working
Unfortunately my kids want to swim but they can’t
