u bazénu chybí ždímačka na plavky.
v koupelně by mohl být u umyvadla místo malého mýdélka dávkovač /hygieničtější/ a pantofle by mohli být na pokoji a ne pro ně jít znovu do recepce.

Disappointing stay in Karlovy Vary
Pros:

Easy to approach from the city center.
Clean rooms.

Cons:

The hotel is not what is described on booking. It is a maybe 2 star,very dated place that tries to save on everything e g providing a kettle in the room but no tea bags. Towels have sharpie notes on them to signal which house these belong.
The spa facilities are limited and only open 2pm-9pm (not just the swimming pool but everything)
The spa is tiny and it serves 3 buildings, eg the steam room is 2m×1m, you can get 4 guests in at the same time if they don't mind touching each other.
Staff is curt and don't speak any English, the sole person who can was the one who checked me out.
Food is not labeled at all at breakfast and stuff can't understand allergen questions.
Restaurant was shut down in the building I was staying with no warning at check in.
As a bonus WiFi was coming and going
