Einfach katastrophal
Pros:

Dinner Buffet war gut aber es ist nicht schön präsentiert, schaut eher wie eine Kantine.

Cons:

Ales vor allem es gab keine schöne Atmosphäre in die spa Bereich, schmutzig, voll und keine echte Ruheraum zu finden, wenn dann waren duschen in Ruhe Raum selbst… also einfach schlimm

Pros:

Das Personal war kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen am Buffet wurde stets nachgefüllt und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab immer verschiedene Fleischsorten und Beilagen sowie eine große Auswahl an Salaten, Gebäck und Obst. Für die Sauna und das Schwimmbad standen kostenlose Handtücher zur Verfügung. Außerdem hatten wir einen überwachten Tiefgaragenparkplatz.

Cons:

Das Hotel lag oben auf dem Berg. Bis ins Zentrum musste man mit dem Bus fahren, da es dort sehr schwierig ist, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Alternativ konnte man zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen, musste dann aber den Berg hinunter und später wieder hinauf laufen.

Lage: oben auf dem Berg, sehr schöne Stadt und Umgebung
Frühstück in Buffet-Form, ausreichend und lecker, mit guter Auswahl

Great swimming pool, quite large.
Whirlpool jacuzzi always on
Food bufet great

Cons:

Staff not very smiling or friendly at reception or restaurant, just doing their job. Room Cleaning ladies friendly.
I booked single room, however got twin room with no space to move around.
