Pros:

Good views out of the room with "a view", a good of food and it's also well cooked. The inside of the room is being kept clean enough and the furniture is being maintained (not replaced).

Cons:

This time I got a feeling that some furniture does need more renovation, but otherwise ok.

Solides Hotel, Gästeklientel hauptsächlich deutsch Ü60
Pros:

Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles war sehr sauber, auch im Schwimmbad und spa. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Das Hotel ist durchdacht, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten für kleinere Gruppen und eine Bibliothek. Eine Quelle mit Wasser direkt im Hotel.
Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam. Die meisten Mitarbeitenden sprechen deutsch.
Zimmer hat alles, was man benötigt (Wasserkocher, Schrank, Lichtschalter am Bett). Die Matratzen waren sehr hart, aber wir haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Die Sauna ist groß aber der Vorbereich der Sauna sehr sehr eng und es gibt keine Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeit. Wenn man abends kommt, gibt es keine Handtücher mehr und man erhält Bettlaken. Der Whirlpool ist sehr klein und wurde von Gästen den ganzen Abend besetzt, es gab keine Chance ihn zu nutzen für uns. Das ist natürlich nicht die Schuld des Hotels, sondern beschreibt eher das Gästeklientel. Am zweiten Tag sind wir gar nicht mehr in den spa, obwohl wir deswegen das Hotel gebucht haben.
Vor dem Haupteingang sind Parkplätze und Tische und Stühle für die Gäste. Bei der Ankunft wirkt es eher wie ein deutsches Krankenhaus mit Rauchern vor der Tür. Der Rauch zieht dann in den Bereich der Bibliothek in der ersten Etage wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind.
Keine Klimaanlage.
Trotz der Lage ist die Aussicht aus dem Restaurant beim Frühstück auf Parkplätze.

An sich ein sehr durchdachtes und solides Hotel, ich denke, wir waren einfach die falschen Gäste. :)

Enttäuschend!
Pros:

Sicher gab es etwas, leider wurde das (wenige) Positive komplett vom Negativen überlagert!

Cons:

Ich habe mich bewusst für Ihr Hotel entschieden, da bereits der Name und die Positionierung als „Spa Resort“ eine ruhige, erholsame Atmosphäre und entsprechende Rahmenbedingungen erwarten lassen. Diese Erwartung ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Buchungsentscheidung gewesen.

Vor Ort musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass es aufgrund von Bauarbeiten zu einer erheblichen und wiederkehrenden Lärmbelastung kommt. Diese steht in deutlichem Widerspruch zum eigentlichen Zweck eines Spa-Aufenthalts und beeinträchtigt die Erholung spürbar. Aus meiner Sicht ist dies nicht nur eine geringfügige Unannehmlichkeit, sondern eine relevante Einschränkung der zugesicherten Aufenthaltsqualität.

Besonders kritisch sehe ich, dass ich vor Anreise keinen klaren und transparenten Hinweis auf diese Bauarbeiten erhalten habe. Eine entsprechende Information im Vorfeld hätte meine Buchungsentscheidung maßgeblich beeinflusst.
