The gym was really good and well organised. It had a pool.

It is a studio advertised as an apartment. The photos can fool a person. The bed is in the same room as the couch

Pros:

Location was ok for precruise stay.

Cons:

Not safe area to go out at night.
No battery in tv remote.
No paper towels or dish towels in kitchenette.
Dishes in cupboard were dirty.
Only couple of coffee pods for 4 people and 2 nights.
Body soap was empty.
Door lock quit working 2nd day and no one would fix it. We could not leave the room together and get back in
The host and front desk consistently put us in the middle of who should fix it and still no one did.
Disappointed in this place for sure.

Nice place to stay for cruise
Pros:

Comfortable beds, nice spacious bathroom and kitchen. Clean. The staff at desk are there 24 hours and are extremely helpful
Not sure what previous guests are talking about entrance in back alley?? We were directed to a door right next to main entrance of hotel and sent up the same.elevators. it's in the same hotel.just tp floors where residence apt are. very nice area and toursty area with tons of restaurants and amenities.. My main concern is safery and cleanliness and while traveling and this stay provodes both. . I would stay here again of passing through Miami for cruise. Good value

Cons:

Towels were thin and bare, some had frayed edges. (need relacing)., no hand towels, only bath towels. For our one night stay this was fine, longer stay I would have had ton equest more. Drinking Glasses and cups had to be washed before using, , lipstick stains and dirty smudges. Dirty water left in sink from housekeeping. Fortunatelh, we weren't using kitchen (but appeared to be well stocked) . The TV wouldn't stream , movie kept buffering and eventually had to shut it off
. Internet was terrible. We had to stand in hallway for Over 15 minutes while they called someone to come fix the code on our door (he said same thing happened yesterday on the same apt). This is VERY clunky and sometimes the phones won't work to open the digital door locks (and elevator doors use same system) watched a lot of people having trouble with it. Recommend going back to key cards.

Family day trip
Pros:

Location close to bayside market area. Full fridge and freezer. Full washer and dryer.
Large bathroom. You also get access to gym and pool facilities on level 12.

Cons:

This is actually a seperate apartment within the yotel/hotel.
Had issues with the remote key, only seemed to work with the lifts on my phone the door did not open, luckily my partner downloaded the instructions and we eventually got access. No luggage storage facilities for early arrivals, yotel offer storage $7 per case/bag.

Convenient stay
Pros:

Location is great. Modern studio apartment. Close to everything downtown.

Cons:

I needed a long mirror but made it work. Washer and dryer were convenient, but the dryer had a smell.
