Al inicio reserve para llevar a mi perrito y llegando me indicaron que tenía costo extra ...no lo cobraron pero es incómodo que no estén bien informados ..hasta el su chat de WhatsApp indica que es zona pet y es gratis ..el menú de comida también está mal redactado y no está rica la comida

Luces exteriores tan fuerte que ni Los blackout curtines ayuda. Es como dormir con las Luces prendido en TU cuarto

Pesimo hotel
Pros:

No estaba nadie en recepción llegue tarde ya que viaje de toluca y al final me quede en oteo hotel porque nadie me atendio estoy muy molesto te cobran y no te atienden.

Cons:

No atienden si llegas tarde ya no hay personal o almenos se meten a dormir toque una puerta que esta a un lafo de recepción y no estaba nadie pero como ya cobraron por adelantafo no les importa si te atienden ellos ya tienen su pago estoy sumamente molesto llega uno cansado de carretera para que no te atiendan.
