Pros:

Beautiful surroundings and a pretty hotel.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable. The pull-on-sheets felt too small and bunched up during the night.
The restaurant was nice but oh so cold. It was close to -18 degrees and the two bonfires were not enough and it was so cold in the restaurant.

Disappointing due to lack of restaurant
Pros:

Hotel was easy to find and booked a room overlooking car park which was provided as I had dogs with me. Bed was comfortable and room warm

Cons:

No restaurant available in the evening which meant after a long drive I had to go out to get something to eat. Also the bathroom tap was very powerful so when you switched on the force of the water splashed out of the basin and soaked you which was very annoying.

Flot sted i Sveriges smukke natur

Cons:

På grund af kulden, så var der ingen vand og på trods af at radiatorerne var skruet helt op, så var der meget koldt på værelset. Morgenmaden var heller ikke særlig god.

Bra läge, sköna sängar men kallt både i rummet och frukostrummet.

Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Kallt i rummet och när vi skulle sätta på de extra elementen i rummet, så gick strömmen. Fick så småningom rätsida på problemet genom att en förlängningssladd kopplades till en strömkälla utanför rummet.
Det var också kallt i frukostrummet. Fick sitta med jacka och mössa på och äta frukost. Att det inte bjuds på gröt när det är -20 grader ute, är mycket dåligt. Om vi nånsin kommer tillbaka får det bli en annan årstid.

Trevlig herre han gjorde nog så gott han kunde , han verkade vara allt i allo, läget väldigt vackert

Bra utbud, dock var mycket slut när vi kom kl.10 då det var sagt frukosten stänger kl.11 till ett annat par hade de frågat när de önskade frukost kl.11 hade de önskat, jag förstår att de fyller på efterhand som det går åt ,jag ringde på klockan i reception samt "ropade " på personal i köket , ingen kom.

Cons:

När vi anlände , var det Hallo your name, your rum is ... cost 4600 kr han var mer angelägen av betalningen sedan önskade han oss med ohhh welcom to Lugnets hotel, hela hotellet luktade illa instängt unket, luktade avlopp i vårat badrum, inget vatten när vi kom hem på natten kl1.30 ,tydligen var fler gäster drabbade då vi talades vid på morgonen, otroligt dyrt för detta rum, skall detta hotell finnas kvar får det nog rycka upp sig i sin helhet.
