The staff is exceptional and wonderful, and the services are good, except for the air conditioning, which doesn't work throughout the hotel. It's rather hot, and you should turn on the air conditioning. There are also mosquitoes everywhere, and I couldn't sleep. The fact that the air conditioning isn't working throughout the hotel is very annoying.

Wonderful staff but a very disappointing stay in terms of access to the Dead Sea and cleanliness.
Pros:

The staff were all fabulous. Every interaction I had with the staff- from the front desk, to the pool crew, to the maintenance staff- was positive.

Cons:

We specifically went to this hotel to access the Dead Sea and for the first day it was inaccessible due to sticks and debris. (It was cleared the next day)
The shower was very dirty and it was easily removed so it had not been cleaned properly.
The room was very hot overnight, despite it being winter and the air con did not cool it down.
The breakfast was of poor quality for the price of the hotel.
The pools were not heated.

لا توجد برك تناسب الاطفال الصغار تحت ال 10 سنين
بوفيهات الغداء والعشاء ليست مشموله باي نوع من المشروبات
الشاطي يغلق باكرا عال 6
المطعم الخارجي لا يقدم خدمه بعد 10:30 ليلا
