Love it! I believe this hotel is very underrated.
Pros:

This was our second stay at Grand East Hotel at the Dead Sea, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! The fact that we chose to return says a lot about how much we enjoyed our first visit. We were happy to be back, and this time we were once again impressed by the excellent facilities, the cleanliness, and, above all, the outstanding hospitality of the staff.

The hotel has a good location, a spacious beach with lots of sun loungers, three outdoor swimming pools, exciting water slides, and an additional indoor swimming pool exclusively for women. There are also bars, entertainment programs, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the availability of early check-in and late check-out, which made our stay even more convenient.

The entire staff is exceptionally polite, welcoming, and attentive, but I would especially like to recognize two wonderful employees who made our stay even more memorable.

Shaima welcomed us so warmly and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. She explained everything clearly, provided us with all the information we needed, and arranged a wonderful room for us. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made an excellent first impression. She is attentive, friendly, and truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Shaima is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope her outstanding work and dedication receive the recognition they deserve.

Muna is absolutely wonderful! The ladies’ pool area is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. There are plenty of showers and changing rooms, and everything is cleaned promptly. The entire area is spotless, with no litter or mess anywhere. It is clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are taken seriously.

Estancia excelente
Pros:

Dudé si cogerlo por algunas opiniones negativas y mi experiencia fue todo lo contrario. Personal muy amable y eficiente, desayuno excelente, cena por 15JOD muy buena, instalaciones más que decentes, totalmente acorde al precio del hotel comparado con otros de la zona, servicio perfecto.

Bonne adresse !
Pros:

Mastodonte d'une autre epoque qui offre tout de meme un bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre vaste, jolie vue mer-piscine dont les meubles sont defraichis. Bonne literie et wifi ok. Les 4 piscines sont tres agreables, beaucoup de transats. Une piscine est réservée aux femmes. Voiturette de golf pour nous emmener a la plage qui est un havre de paix. On peut s'y rendre a pied mais la denivellé est importante. Gros point négatif : la restauration...ils privilégient la quantité a la qualité...ils interdisent qu'on apporte de la nourriture de l'extérieur. Le personnel etait partout attentionné.

Good option for the Dead Sea
Pros:

Loved the balcony overlooking the grounds down to the Dead Sea. Easy access to the beach and the pools were great! The night entertainment was an extra plus and the breakfast was very good.

Not much to do but to swim, same activities every night.
And the pools closes so early!
Also not much stuff to buy. No popcorns
