سيئة وما في اهتمام من ادارة الفندق ولا انصح ابدا

ممكن الاكل كان زاكي ولكن ما كان في خدمة كافية للغاية

خدمات سيئة وباب الغرفة معطل الغرفة ما كانت تسكر وما في استجابة من الادارة للعلم الفندق ما في حجوزات كثيرة انو تحكي مشغولين في خدمة الباقية كان الفندق ما في اشخاص وحجوزات ومع ذلك الخدمة كانت سيئة والاشي الاهم اني واحهة مشكلة سيارتي نضربت وانا صافها عندهم وبلغت بالمشكلة وما في اي متابعة للموضوع وانا رجعت تواصلت معهم وما في اي متابعة ونزلت فنادق كثير انا ما واجهت مثل هاي المشاكل

Great for a short stay.
Pros:

This is a huge hotel next to the Dead Sea. It was very comfortable and served buffet style meals which were very varied and tasty. There are a lot of swimming pools including a small water park for children. There are plenty of places to find peace and quiet. It’s a short walk down to the Dead Sea or you can go in the small cars. There are lots of sun beds with umbrellas for shade as it gets very hot. You can use the mud on your skin and enjoy floating in the sea. Fresh water showers are provided to wash off the salt and mud! Great place for a night at the Dead sea.

Cons:

It’s a shame that someone doesn’t keep the beach free from rubbish.

Были втроем. Все жили в разных комнатах. Все разных возрастов и все ужасно недовольны и разочарованы

Очень грязно, в ванной плесень, в ресторане воняет грязными мокрыми тряпками, на улице и возле бассейна воняет кошачьей мочой. Море грязное, пляж не существует, даже дорога до не него не доделана до конца. С одной стороны висела зеленая сетка которая прикрывала кучи мусора. Завтрак ужасный, ужин еще хуже. За эти деньги в любом ресторане поблизости можно поесть как человек.
Зашла в спа это еще один ужас этого отеля. Я в шоке от того за что они берут такие деньги. Не советую никому и ни за что. Особенно за такие расценки

Pros:

Свой пляж, разнообразие блюд на завтраке, быстрое заселение, большая красивая территория. Но больше всего меня впечатлил их работник на пляже Hmoud. Считаю, что руководству нужно приглядеться к такому ценному работнику - внимательный, отзывчивый, инициативный, но все это без навязчивости, очень интеллигентно.
