The beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff was very welcoming and polite. The room service was good.

Cons:

I booked 4 rooms. The prices mentioned in the app are not accurate. They charged more than the price mentioned in the booking .com app. When asked, the receptionist told me they don't accept booking via app. I'm not sure if they actually don't accept booking from the app because I myself booked the room on the spot based on the recommendations of the app. In addition to it, Rs.7500/- extra charges for 2x mattress and 2x ironing.

The money demanded for the services(towels, general cleanliness) they provide is not justifiable.
