Sierra Sacred Valley

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. Every person did everything possible to make our stay great. They booked cars, helped us feed the pet alpacas, treated us with kindness …I could go on and on. The bed was comfortable, water was hot, shower pressure great, view of the mountains amazing. We ate supper in the restaurant every night and every meal was absolutely delicious, as was every breakfast. The wood stove was lit in our room every night, and you could sit around the bonfire at night and watch the stars. Everything honestly was magical. We would love to return..

Serene, beautiful, welcoming property. It was perfect after long travel day to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sacred Valley. Enjoyed the campfire and a delicious well prepared dinner. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bed was supportive and the linens are high quality. A very cozy touch with the fireplace lit at bedtime.

Passamos por hotéis maiores, extremamente sofisticados e com estruturas impressionantes ao longo do Vale Sagrado. Mas aconteceu algo muito interessante: depois de irmos até Machu Picchu, seguirmos viagem e posteriormente retornarmos ao Sierra Secret Valley, tivemos imediatamente uma sensação muito clara:

era como voltar para casa.

E talvez essa seja a melhor maneira de explicar o que torna esse hotel tão especial.

Não se trata apenas de conforto, beleza ou boa estrutura — embora tudo isso esteja presente. Os quartos são maravilhosos, o banho é excelente, os ambientes são muito agradáveis e tudo é extremamente bem cuidado.

O diferencial está na atmosfera.

O Sierra Secret Valley é intimista, acolhedor, humano. Existe proximidade, atenção verdadeira e uma sensação de que as pessoas realmente querem que você esteja bem.

Fomos recebidos com enorme carinho pelo Sr. Luiz e sua esposa, proprietários do hotel, e toda a equipe manteve esse mesmo espírito durante nossa estadia.

Gostaria de destacar também Nicole, na recepção e no apoio do dia a dia, e Sandra, na gerência. Sempre presentes, disponíveis, organizadas e extremamente atenciosas.

Cada detalhe fazia com que nos sentíssemos cuidados, e não apenas hospedados.

Nosso filho Lorenzo ficou encantado com as lhamas — elas se tornaram parte da experiência dele no hotel. São esses pequenos elementos, somados ao contato humano, que fazem com que uma estadia deixe de ser apenas uma acomodação e se transforme em memória.

O restaurante também merece um elogio especial.

A comida é muito bem preparada, saborosa e feita com cuidado. O chef e a equipe foram extremamente gentis em atender pedidos especiais da nossa família. Em determinado momento, prepararam feijão especialmente para o Lorenzo, e ele declarou que havia sido “o melhor feijão que já comeu fora de casa”.

Wir haben jeden Tag die Alpacas gefüttert und einmal das Lagerfeuer genossen. Es ist ein Stück außerhalb, aber wir haben jeden Tag Tagesausflüge organisiert bekommen und die Transfers. Auch unsere Koffer wurden nach Cusco befördert, da wir dazwischen in Machu Picchu waren. Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend

Tout! La gentillesse incroyable du personnel, leur honnêteté hallucinante! Un immense merci à Nicol à la réception qui m’a aidée à retrouver mon passeport, et qui m’a aussi alertée immédiatement quand j’ai oublié mon MacBook. Nous étions sur le chemin du Machu Pichu mais elle a tout organisé pour me le faire parvenir le lendemain par chauffeur. Vraiment adorable!!!!! Bruno était aussi super attentif, mon mari était malade et il lui a fait des tisanes avec des herbes locales qui ont été miraculeuses. Nous avons été chouchoutés +++. La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite pour rayonner dans la Vallée Sacrée. Les repas étaient excellents. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici lors d’un prochain voyage au Pérou, que nous avons adoré!

The restorative and pastoral location offers grounds with roaming llamas and alpacas, peaceful surroundings and remarkable mountain views.

My large modern room was comfortable in every way and fitting of the boutique nature of the lodge.

The staff was friendly and professional, but Bruno personalized my stay by making every effort he could to ensure that I enjoyed each meal and beyond. It was a pleasure to be looked after by someone who takes great pride in what he does.

Very nice hotel in the nature, everything decorated with a taste. Also very clean.

The property and the rooms are beautifully designed. The whole place is extremely well kept and very clean. It has a beautiful view but a bit too isolated for me. The breakfast is very good so is the restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

A hidden gem in the Sacred Valley. Not only the place is beautiful but the people running it are amazing! A truly wonderful time spent there!

It’s beautiful, elegant , minimalistic and serene set in between mountains .. loved the Alpaca pets … the room was good size the bed comfortable and linen impeccable. very relaxing for the body and soul. A nice hiking trail by the property

This property is very unique in the most amazing way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nicole who instantly made us feel most welcome. The facilities are amazing. After feeding the alpacas, we sat around with fire and watched the sunset over the valley. The dinner in the restaurant was beautiful and fresh and all staff were very attentive. The breakfast on offer the next morning was more than we had expected with a fabulous variety of options. My favourite was the home made granola. I would 100% recommend this properly. 🤩
