Cons:

Rezerwowalam pokój z tarasem i taki dostałam. Na drugi dzień, gdy chcieliśmy iść zwiedzać poinformowano nas, że zmieniają nam pokój. Pokój był w podobnym standardzie, jednak bez balkonu. WiFi nie działało, tv również. Podczas płacenia za hotel gotówką, pani w recepcji oglądała długo każdego dolara i nie chciała niektórych przyjąć. Bardzo mnie to zirytowało, więc zapłaciłam kartą.

THE LOCATION IS NOT THE SAME ONE PROVIDED ON THE MAP WHEN I DID THE SEARCH. THEY DECEIVE TOURISTS!!!!!!!!

I took a cab, got there and I realised I was in the middle of a very poor neighbourhood, far away from the touristic attractions. As a solo traveller first time in the city I felt unsafe. I had to search for another hotel wasting my first hours in the city. On top of that taxis didn't want to take me to the city centre (was it too far???) until I found an Uber that was willing to do so.
DON'T BOOK!!!!!

The staff Kindness, their advices on where to eat, their proactivity for check in

Cons:

A continuous leak in the bathroom, not repaired during our stay.
The district and the streets are dirrty and broken, very very polluted and noisy.

Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was nice size and clean. Location was perfect.

Cons:

The address and picture of the building on a booking app is not the same property so I had hard time finding it.

Pros:

We had a really nice stay at this hotel during our trip to Cairo. The staff was helpful and always there when we needed something. The place was clean, which we really appreciated.

The location was great for exploring—close to all the main sights and perfect for getting a feel of Cairo’s energy. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony, it was a great spot to take in the atmosphere of the city.

If you’re looking for a good place to explore Cairo, this hotel is a solid choice!
