Zum Refugio gehört ein riesiges Gebiet, in dem wir mit unseren Führerinnen Wanderungen zu zwei Gletscherseen gemacht haben. Nur wir, sonst kein Mensch, total ruhig, Natur pur.
Auch ein Tagesausflug zur stark frequentierten Laguna de los Tres mit dem berühmten Fitz Roy im Hintergrund hat sich gelohnt.
Das Personal im Refugio war kompetent und sehr sympathisch, die Räumlichkeiten großzügig, die ganze Atmosphäre fast familiär.
