Me alojo cada vez en este hotel porque disfruto mucho del centro de Pasto mientras voy de paso y es un lugar que me permite descansar y recibir muy buen trato. El hotel es muy lindo y cómodo
Pues siempre tengo experiencias maravillosas y he recomendado siempre este hotel. Sin embargo esta vez había una nueva persona en recepción y quizo cobrarme algo extra por mi perrita, cuando nunca ha pasado
El hotel es muy limpio, cómodo y la ubicación es perfecta. Las personas que nos atendieron muy amables, están siempre preocupados por el bienestar de sus huéspedes, en la noche nos llevaban bolsita de agua y siempre nos dieron un trato increíble que nos hacía sentir como en casa.

Un lugar calmado, lindo, limpio, con todo lo necesario para unos días de paso. Personal muy amable.
El hotel es bastante bonito, acogedor y limpio. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron súper amables incluso nos dieron bolsitas con agua caliente para el frío.
Además el hotel está muy bien ubicado, desde ese punto te puedes mover a cualquier parte de la ciudad.
Finalmente la conexión de internet súper estable, o tuve problemas en mi estancia.
De seguro regreso.

La réelle disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel. Très aidant pour te renseigner sur tout dont vous avez besoin :sites à visiter, sécurité, restaurants thématiques, les services spéciaux... Vraiment au top.
Booking nous avait montré une tarif pour les chambres, mais à l'arrivée, surprise, c'était plus cher. La réception nous à montré sur son application booking, combien c'était le coût des chambres, et pour l'hôtel ,booking signalé un montant beaucoup plus supérieur que le nôtre. Quelque part, booking ment!
J'ai écrit sur cette situation à Booking et toujours pas de réponse.
C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive, et l'hôtel a manifesté du même !
Commercialement n'est pas correct de la part de booking !

La ubicación del hotel está próxima a las principales atracciones del centro de la ciudad de Pasto. Es un hotel pulcrísimo, con personal supremamente atento, que se merecen una sincera felicitación de mi parte. Hacen que uno se sienta realmente a gusto. El desayuno está muy bien y el hotel y sus espacios son de un gusto muy refinado. Todo está nuevo (octubre 2025). Definitivamente volvería.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención tan especial y personalizada. Me sentí como en casa, cuidada y atendida de la mejor manera. Me dieron cosas para el frío, un “kit de bienvenida”, y me adelantaron el desayuno antes del horario regular. Además el hotel es muy lindo, cómodo y con buenos espacios.

I stayed twice at this hotel and would definitely stay again. The rooms are huge, beds comfortable, water is hot, internet fast, and the staff are extremely accomodating. Both times they let me stay late in my room to work while I was waiting for my transportation to arrive. They kept some of my luggage while I was spending a few days outside of town.
Not a problem for me, but if you are cold-averse, this hotel doesn't have central heating. This is quite common in Colombia but Pasto is a chilly town at night. I like sleeping under lots of blankets but it might not be the choice for everyone.
