Paslaugus personalas, geras interneto ryšys, senovinis viešbučio stilius, švarūs kambariai, aukštos lubos, buvo liftas.

Cons:

Kambaryje nebuvo plaukų džiovintuvo , kambariuose į gatvę girdisi gatvės triukšmas.

Pros:

Desayuno muy completo, el personal muy amable y desde el hotel que está junto a la estación, con Uber que es muy barato puedes ir a todos los los sitios, necrópolis, Giza incluido a Alejandría. Muy muy económico en Uber

Varmt personale, men koldt værelse
Pros:

Hotellet er IKKE opvarmet. Derfor er det koldt at opholde sig indendørs i januar, hvor vi var der.

Cons:

Kulden indendørs.

Varme retter til morgenmad er godt for mange, men ikke for mig. Der var ingen yoghurt og ingen frugt.

Cuidado con el personal. El hotel OK.
Pros:

Las instalaciones, el tamaño de la habitación, el desayuno estaban OK. Pero tuve un inconveniente grave con un personal del hotel que desmerecen mi estancia.

Cons:

.Un empleado del turno nocturno del Hotel (Omar, alias Pluto) me contactó utilizando datos que había dejado en la reserva y me ofreció excursiones en nombre del Hotel. Contraté unas tres excursiones, pero a la primera me reclamó que pague por adelantado sin darme comprobante, a lo que me negué. Finalmente, al hacer la segunda excursión, y al no cumplir el itinerario acordado, cancelé la restante. Este empleado del hotel, quien me acompañó en las excursiones, me amenazó con no devolverme al hotel si no pagaba y casi me deja varado en Alejandria. Terminé pagando una suma mayor a la convenida por las amenazas que me profirió este personal, quien durante el viaje fue grosero y muy violento, tanto el como el chófer, quienes, a pesar que se había pagado, nos seguían exigiendo dinero.
