CORU House

Shower is too small. And laundry dryer takes forever. We have to run it for 4 hours to dry like two things. Other than that it’s great. Very clean and right by the subway.

The only issues were that the shower was really small and crammed (I am 164cm woman); and you have to use your own accounts to sign into Netflix and such. Also dryer machine in building is weaker. Everything else is great. Very clean.

Very nice, clean apartment with a close proximity to the metro station, groceries and bakeries. Easy to get to old town, new town etc.

Very close to transport links, small apartment but a nice one. My wife and kids loved our stay there. Wife can be a little lucky and ocd, but she was very happy with everything, which says a lot!

We had a two week stay at Coru House and really enjoyed it. It is a very short walk from the nearest metro and tram syations which we used daily to get into Prague centre or venture further out. There are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby and a couple of small super markets.
We had a one bedroom apartment which was very clean and modern. The main bedroom was large and comfortable with two sets of drawers. The sofa bed was also good quality and comfy to sleep on. There were two wardrobes to use and a couple of small tables and shelves, plenty of space for all the "stuff" that needs a place! Communication via email was very good and we easily arranged to use the luggage storage room when we arrived before check in. There is a laundry room with three washing machines that also have a dryer function. I used the airer that was available. The key guru system was easy to use and a goid option to store the key through the day. We had a pleasant stay and I would definitely use Coru house again.

Despite having an online only correspondence for check-in and communication, the owners were extremely thoughtful in walking us through the process and seemed to always be available to answer any questions that we had during our stay! The location was great, the apartment was clean

Easy booking, fine facilities and a great area in Prague.

The apartment was lovely. The location was ideal for us, just outside the city centre but only a short walk away from the centre. I had to email Coru House before we arrived to ask a question and about there been no kettle in our room. The host came back straight away and were very helpful. We would recommend Coru House and we'd definitely stay again.

Complete lack of care and security, awful place, den of thieve , if you want to avoid being rubbed stay away

Lovely flat but with some issues.
To be improved : hard or impossible to open windows. The blinds are almost transparent and it is bright from 5 am in summer, making it hard to sleep. In the mezzanine, the air conditioning blows on the bed, so you cannot put it on when you sleep, so in summer it gets hot quickly because you are right under the roof with blinds that filters nothing. Cable TV working on and off. Only one shower.
Good thing : easy access, great communication with the staff (although you meet no one), instructions are very clear, The flat is big, clean and well located (we recommend the restaurant Parlament for Czech food, one minute walk). The area is also quiet and safe.

It is a good choice for me to stay at this apartment. I only made an enquiry about the cleaning schedule. The one stayed at Berlin did have a cleaning twice per week. Unfortunately, the response was fast but I am not expected there would be no cleaning as I stayed at this apartment for slightly more than 1 week. Will check this kind of basic cleaning in my future trip.

We spent three days in Praga. The apartment was perfect!!. It is big and clean.There is all the necessary you need. The tube is at 100 mt. I can suggest this accomodation to anyone, especially if you have children. Really a lovely place to stay!!
