I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nova. The staff were helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, perfect for enjoying Neum and the sea.
There are just a few small details that could make the stay even better. A little more attention to the breakfast area would make the atmosphere more pleasant. Also, considering the hotel’s standard and price range, it would be nice to find a complimentary bottle of water in the room, as well as a small toiletries kit with a few basic essentials.
Colazione a buffet vista mare! Variegata con salato e dolce (non scontato in queste zone). Camera estremamente pulita, così come gli altri spazi. Abbiamo usufruito della “spiaggia” che pur essendo molto piccolina e quindi tutti vicini, è risultata molto rilassante (tutti molto silenziosi). Abbiamo anche usufruito della cena a buffet, una quantità di scelte sensata che consente di tenere una qualità più che buona (io pure vegetariana).
Sono stati giorni molto rilassanti, la struttura merita veramente!!

Es wurde ein anderer Preis verrechnet als gebucht wurde. Der Kaffee beim
Frühstück aus einem Automaten leider wirklich ungenießbar. Die Liegen am Strand so eng gestellt, dass man quasi auf Fremden zu liegen kommt und diese werden einem dann auch noch verrechnet. Man sollte diese in den Preis für Hotelgäste mit reinnehmen und dann nach dem first come Prinzip vergeben

Jag älskade boendet. Hotellet ligger precis vid havet och där finns solstolar. Hotellet har även en fantastiskt fin takvåning med pool och utsikt över hela Neum. Ca 5 minuters promenad bort ligger en affär där du hittar allt du behöver.
Hotellpersonalen hjälper även gärna till med att boka taxi osv. Personalen är trevlig och mycket tillmötesgående både de som jobbar i receptionen, men även frukostpersonalen och städpersonalen. Frukosten är god.
Hotellet har ganska höga sängkuddar.
Kan vara svårt att få tag på en solstol vid stranden. Många går ner och paxar stolar redan tidigt på morgonen.

Świetny basen na dachu, można było leżeć na leżakach z pięknym widokiem na Adriatyk. Śniadania z widokiem na morze - coś pięknego! Pokój przestronny i z dużym balkonem. Obsługa w razie problemów pomogła od razu. Polecamy :)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war sehr sauber und das Essen war hervorragend.
Die Leitern, um ins Meer zu gelangen. Die eine war leider defekt und die andere besetzt mit Muscheln, sodass ich mich aufgekratzt habe am Fuß.
