Peaceful, beautiful, luxury!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, modern and so peaceful. We loved the deck and baths and beautiful surroundings. The retreat was so private and relaxing. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

We truly enjoyed the lodging!
Pros:

Arrived in the evening and it was an easy self check-in process. The one bedroom lodge was very clean and comfortable. They provided a bottle of wine and had many games we could borrow. The best part was the outside bathtubs with a view.

Cons:

I enjoyed the location and property. I wish were would have been there longer to enjoy the surroundings.

The perfect place for couples to stay
Pros:

Such a tranquil location. It felt like being out in the countryside but still in the city with an amazing view over the city right to the mountains. Having a bath on the deck looking out at the view was absolute bliss.

Loved our stay
Pros:

It's the second time we have stayed at Tussock Hill. Last time we stayed in the other unit, we definitely prefer this unit. All aspects of the stay were enjoyable. We love the double baths and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

It's not that we didn't like, we would have loved to have had robes especially while getting into and out of the bath.

Il lusso della semplicità: tra natura e un bicchiere di vino
Pros:

Bellissimo lodge di design, perfetto per una fuga rilassante. La sera è splendido essere circondati solo dai suoni della natura e godersi un meraviglioso bagno caldo.

La camera offre molti servizi come l’area colazione, i giochi da tavolo, una meravigliosa vasca esterna.

Cons:

Qualche ragnatela all’esterno che si potrebbe togliere, ma quando si é in un contesto così naturale, può capitare.

Ein großes Missverständnis
Cons:

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir sind sonntags nachmittags angekommen und wollten bis Dienstag bleiben. Das Restaurant war Sonntag bereits geschlossen. Montag und Dienstag Ruhetag. Es gab nichts. Kein Frühstück, kein Lunch, kein Dinner. Wir hatten von einem „Retreat“ mehr erwartet. Da das Vineyard sehr abgelegen oben auf dem Berg liegt, musste man für alles wieder runter nach Christchurch fahren. Jedes B&B auf unserer Reise hatte ein besseres Serviceangebot. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht abgereist. Vielleicht wäre alles anders gewesen, wenn wir mittwochs bis freitags da gewesen wären, aber sonntags bis dienstags sollte man auf keinen Fall dort ein Zimmer buchen.

Pros:

The room design is really nice and with hot-tub outside the balcony. We really enjoy staying at the hotel, and the restaurant is also providing great dining. Totally the best experience in New Zealand trip =).
