Appartamento bello, nuovo, grande
Pros:

MOAB è una posizione strategica. Noi ci siamo stati 2 gg e ci sono voluti proprio tutti per visitare Canyonland, Dead Horse Point, Arches. L’appartamento per 7 persone era molto grande e ben organizzato. 3 camere, 2 bagni, cucina davvero ben fornita di tutto. Self check-in con istruzioni chiare ricevute con largo anticipo. Bell’arredamento. Pulito. Parcheggio gratis davanti alla porta. 1 min in macchina dal centro di Moab.

Cons:

Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta: alla fine del soggiorno chiedono all’ospite di caricare lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Per la lavastoviglie ok, ma la lavatrice dovrebbe essere gestita da apposito personale o da lavanderia industriale per garantire una corretta igiene a chi viene dopo .. (guarda caso gli asciugamani e la biancheria non sono bianchi, ma di colori molto scuri).. peccato, unica pecca

Good value
Pros:

The place was reasonably clean, certainly not perfect. Overall, for what we paid it was a good value. We had a room looking out at the pool which was nice for us with our kids. It was what I would expect for the price

Cons:

My only complaint is there was a smell to it. It smelled like your car would smell 4 hours after picking up Indian carryout. Not the end of the world but something that could be improved on.

Pros:

This place was amazing. Room for my whole family and then some. It's in a perfect location for a National Parks trip. It was home away from home.

We were especially pleased to discover that the room came with a 98 can Igloo cooler. That was amazing for long days in 100 degree heat.

Cons:

There were a few minor things that were broken. The door handle on my son's bedroom kept falling off as did the window valance, the lamp in my other sons room was broken, and the hairdryer didn't work in the master bathroom. Those were minor inconveniences that didn't really take away from how much we loved the property.

The stay was pleasant. I recommend this property for families
Pros:

The condo was spacious with many amenities and a neatly stocked kitchen. Swimming pool was an excellent addition for kids to wind down after a long day of exploring National parks.

Cons:

Nearby restaurants can get very busy over summer weekends!

Pros:

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice that we had all the dishes, detergent and bed linens and towels.

Cons:

We had to wipe down all the surfaces, cause they were dirty. The floors were also not more than vacuum cleaned.
Also, the A/C didn't work properly. It was unsufficient in cooling down all the rooms, especially during the night. 2 of the 3 rooms were so hot and it was hard to sleep. But 1 room was very cold.
The communication was also not existent after the initial message.
