Great stay. Clean, cozy, and convenient would definitely come back
Pros:

We had an amazing stay—definitely a 10 /10 experience! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The washer and dryer were a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

I loved that it was spacious. I loved that it was so clean. I liked that it had a pool and it was really close to our condo. I liked that it was close to everything.

Cons:

We saw a big cockroach in the master bedroom closet on our last night there.

Comfortable, and reasonable price. Moab, Great area for exploring the parks
Pros:

Owner provided book with instructions for condo and suggestions for restaurants and local activities,. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Little farther from town.

We were only there for one night, but it was very comfortable and spacious.
Cons:

A lot of steps to get to room...Outside lighting was sparse in walkway to find condo. The condo was nice and had plenty of space for the eight of us.

Pros:

The ability to sleep a decent amount of people. That there was space to spread out. Nice to have smart TVs to be able to hook up and not just be stuck with regular TV.

Cons:

The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. There was hair from the previous renters. The counters and table were a little sticky from the cleaning materials. Needs better trailer parking.

Cons:

The top floor folks were jumping and stomping even at night 11:30PM. I understand this was not the owners headache per se . However there should be some rules where this can be prevented and protect the owners who run air bnb business .
