Ambiente familiar
Pros:

Destaco la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel, los recepcionistas, las personas que trabajan en la cocina y el aseo de las habitaciones, fueron siempre muy atentos y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos en nuestras solicitudes, esto desde el momento en que hice la reserva hasta el check out. Fue una sorpresa ya que habíamos estado en varios hoteles y hostales en Tacna y siempre nos atendían mal o bien daba la sensación de que no querían hablar o que incomodábamos (ni siquiera para entregar la llave o saludar, no hablo de una conversación extensa)
Respecto del hotel, las piezas impecables (colchón cómodo), el baño muy limpio tambien, lo mismo los espacios comunes. El desayuno es abundante, pan, huevos con jamón, fruta, jugo de frutas, yogurt, cereal, jaleas, café, leche, tostadas, entre otros.
La ubicación me parece cómoda si vas a comprar ropa, esta a un costado de la feria 28 de julio y otras como Tupac Amaru, donde también se encuentra mucha ropa, zapatillas, juguetes, etc.
Restaurantes, hay de todo y para todos los precios, cerquita hay chicharronerías, pollerías, y cerca del parque topiario por arriba, se encuentran cevicherías y otros similares. Recomiendo el Atilio II, el pollo a la leña y la caja china con arroz chaufa y el Rey del Mar, te dan una pequeña cortesía de mojito y leche de trigre, muy ricos, el pulpo a la parrilla esta muy bueno también.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que incluyeran el shampoo dentro de las amenities. No es caro y menos para los locales, por lo mismo creo que le sumaría más a la experiencia del huesped.
